Delicious beer in very different variations and you can tell that it is brewed here with love and passion. We were given an explanation of each type of beer and just listening to the individual flavors just makes you want to taste the beer. The food was also delicious and nicely presented. All in all a well-rounded experience. We can only recommend this restaurant!

Ho avuto il piacere di fare un breve aperitivo in questo locale, dove neanche a farlo apposta,il titolare era nostro concittadino. Cosa dire... location top, degustazione birra top, personale top...totale SUPER TOP!!!

Bella location anche all' esterno,in una piazza ben ombreggiata,birre artigianali buonissime e con un titolare gentilissimo e competente che ti spiega con pazienza ogni composizione!Buoni anche gli hamburger e i dolci! Consigliatissimo se vi trovate a Volterra!

Craft brewery randomly discovered one evening. Pleasant terrace, good local beers and above all a very available waiter, friendly and welcoming, speaking perfect French, and who made us taste several beers to advise us. We were able to eat there late, close to 10 p.m. In short, a very good time!

Delicious dishes, especially the bacon burger was convincing. Brew your own beer - very nice!
