Brandosteria In Grignasco

Un'altra ottima esperienza grazie alla mia inseparabile guida Slow Food che mi ha portato a Grignasco. Competenza e passione, la ricetta perfetta per una ristorazione vincente. Locale arredato modernamente in modo elegante, personale cordiale ed attento; comodo parcheggio a pochi metri dal locale. Pochi coperti ben spaziati. Basta scambiare due parole con lo Chef Matteo per captare la sua pasione per la cucina e la sua conoscenza della materia. La carta è ricca di ricette della zona ma ci sono anche contaminazioni con ricette di altre regioni dovute ad esperienze fatte dallo Chef nel corso della sua carriera. Per antipasto, primo piatto, dessert, caffè e acqua (niente vino) conto di circa 40€ a persona ampiamente giustificato dall qualità dei piatti. Degno di nota un risotto spettacolare dai sapori estivi molto freschi. Spero di tornare presto.

Wine bar atmosphere, with attention to every detail (bathroom with cotton washcloths)... The staff is kind, friendly, attentive and helpful. The dishes they served us deserve an excellent rating for the quality of the raw materials as well as the presentation. Everything was excellent. We will definitely return and recommend it.

I was there in the area with a colleague, and we discovered this place by pure chance. Location, service, cuisine, everything really excellent and a selection of cellars I would say extraordinary! Cacio e pepe to lick your lips!!! Even the desserts were delicious!

The tavern is furnished with taste and warmth, which is reflected in the dishes offered, original and very well made, many of which use seasonal or more refined ingredients. The classics also find space on the menu, however they are prepared with great care. The service is excellent, polite and very friendly. The price is absolutely fair for the high quality offered. Hope to return soon!

Exceptional! Osteria with character, environment with a beautiful atmosphere thanks to the young owners. We tasted some of the iconic dishes of Piedmontese cuisine: tradition revisited with the utmost respect. Everything was excellent... 10 out of 10!!! Highly recommended

I didn't know this place. I found a cuisine with innovative and very inviting proposals. Super recommended appetizer with asparagus, salted eggnog and crunchy sausage. Stew with potatoes and their simply super brandamisu. Price in line with the quality of the products. Highly recommended.

The place is nice and welcoming. You can't help but notice the passion for cooking and attention to guests, with well-studied and delicious dishes (the cacio e pepe is incredible) Super recommended!

Abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante affidandoci alle recensioni, visto che non siamo della zona. Scelta felice dato l’ottimo cibo, la preparazione e simpatia dei titolari, l’ambiente ben arredato e caldo, e…ciliegina sulla torta, …lo zabaione caldo, fatto al momento, servito con gelato alla crema, meringhe e lingue di gatto. Lo consigliamo.
