Brandosteria In Grignasco

A delight! A tribute to the chef... a true culinary prodigy! We were welcomed with great kindness, despite our imperfect command of Italian and our boisterous little boy, and the osteria charmed us with its delicious dishes to die for. We devoured everything with immense pleasure, but I must admit I was blown away by the 300°C melanzana. I usually love eggplant, but I didn't know it could be so delicious, simply cooked naturally and enhanced this way. I'll always want to eat it this way from now on! We're so glad we followed the Google reviews! You really have to come to Grignasco to discover this treasure!

This was our second visit to this osteria and we were once again satisfied. The food and drink are truly excellent, all in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, with attention to every detail. The staff is incredibly friendly. We'll be back again!

As always, small osterias always hide surprises. A beautiful osteria, expertly curated and managed. The decor is already a statement, and the wine list complements it. The menu is concise but well-regarded, as is the wine cellar. The host is very good: you feel like you're among family without ever being intrusive. Well-made dishes. Well done. I'll be back.

A discreet, reserved, and passionate chef, with delicious and generous dishes, divine tiramisu, and a warm atmosphere down to the smallest detail. We highly recommend this restaurant, which reflects the chef's soul and his love of cooking.

As soon as you set foot in this place, you immediately notice that it is well cared for in the details. The food is extraordinary, the dishes are prepared with care and very good to be tasted. The kind staff that puts the customer at ease. What can I say, very good cut, spectacular appetizer, sublime dessert! Surely if I have the opportunity we will return.

Un'altra ottima esperienza grazie alla mia inseparabile guida Slow Food che mi ha portato a Grignasco. Competenza e passione, la ricetta perfetta per una ristorazione vincente. Locale arredato modernamente in modo elegante, personale cordiale ed attento; comodo parcheggio a pochi metri dal locale. Pochi coperti ben spaziati. Basta scambiare due parole con lo Chef Matteo per captare la sua pasione per la cucina e la sua conoscenza della materia. La carta è ricca di ricette della zona ma ci sono anche contaminazioni con ricette di altre regioni dovute ad esperienze fatte dallo Chef nel corso della sua carriera. Per antipasto, primo piatto, dessert, caffè e acqua (niente vino) conto di circa 40€ a persona ampiamente giustificato dall qualità dei piatti. Degno di nota un risotto spettacolare dai sapori estivi molto freschi. Spero di tornare presto.

Mi trovavo lì in zona con un collega, e abbiamo scoperto per puro caso questo posto. Location, servizio, cucina tutto davvero ottimo e una selezione di cantine direi straordinaria ! Cacio e pepe da leccarsi i baffi!!! Anche i dolci erano buonissimi!
