An excellent experience at Brandosteria!
A welcoming restaurant with meticulous attention to detail, featuring a splendid selection of Piedmontese wines and a menu full of interesting options, from appetizers to first and second courses—many of which are also available off-menu, a testament to the vibrant and creative cuisine.
The service was impeccable: the waiter was kind, friendly, and very professional, helping to make the evening enjoyable from start to finish.
Special praise goes to Brando, the owner—a legendary character and a master chef, capable of conveying passion and authenticity in every dish.
I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking contemporary, sincere, and high-quality Piedmontese cuisine.

A chef capable of expressing imagination, flavor, and a strong connection to the region, a fantastic head waiter capable of making your dinner a pleasant and carefree experience with great professionalism... a perfect combination within a refined and welcoming venue... It has become a regular stop for us.

I've been to this restaurant, where the waiter gave us excellent advice. The chef is skilled at combining even unusual flavors, like the dessert I enjoyed, which consisted of sweet onion, mascarpone chutney, and cocoa crumble. It's a must-try for anyone like me who loves experimenting. It was all served with a good Alba Rossa, reasonably priced. What can I say? I'll definitely be back to try the chef's other creations. Thank you.

A delight!
A tribute to the chef... a true culinary prodigy!
We were welcomed with great kindness, despite our imperfect command of Italian and our boisterous little boy, and the osteria charmed us with its delicious dishes to die for.
We devoured everything with immense pleasure, but I must admit I was blown away by the 300°C melanzana.
I usually love eggplant, but I didn't know it could be so delicious, simply cooked naturally and enhanced this way. I'll always want to eat it this way from now on!
We're so glad we followed the Google reviews! You really have to come to Grignasco to discover this treasure!

La realtà ha superato l’immaginazione!!! La cura nei dettagli, la presentazione delle portate, la qualità, l’originalità e soprattutto la bontà dei piatti proposti, rendono questo posto unico nel suo genere. Un luogo dove il tempo si ferma e non vorresti più farlo ripartire.
