Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail; the excellent food, the elegant and refined environment, the friendliness of the staff and the surprise of having stumbled upon this little gem by chance made us spend a pleasant Sunday lunch! When we are in the area again, we will definitely come back to eat here!

We had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant and we were thrilled! We tasted the cacio e pepe and the famous "Brandomisù", a revisited tiramisu that won us over with its taste and originality: both dishes were excellent. The space is also taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the tables to the mise en place, up to the toilet, which stands out for the presence of fabric towels and perfumes available for use by customers. Each element contributes to creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The service was impeccable: fast, attentive and of great class. The attention dedicated to the customer in every aspect is evident. Highly recommended for those looking for quality cuisine and a superior experience!

Ottima cucina e buona carta dei vini. Piatti tradizionali piemontesi rivisitati e non. Complimenti ai due ragazzi, davvero simpatici e disponibili. Originale anche l'arredamento. Ci torneremo.

Cibo delizioso, ricette fantasiose, ottima scelta di vini, servizio perfetto (hanno anche tirato fuori pastelli e carta da disegno per le nostre due nipote), ambiente molto piacevole, prezzi ragionevoli. Speriamo vivamente di tornarci presto!

I might dare to say SUBLIME. We've been wanting to go to the Brandosteria for dinner for a while, we finally managed it... the only regret we have is that we didn't go sooner! From the search for raw materials, to the menu, to the wine list, to the careful selection of every single element... an exceptional discovery. A small oasis in Grignasco! We took the garden tasting menu. Delicate and tasty dishes. What to add? Seeing is believing! Thank you very much for the wonderful dinner Super congratulations to all the staff!

We ended up in Grignasco by chance and since then every time we pass through the area, a stop at the Brandosteria is a must. The first thing that strikes you is the attention to the raw materials: each ingredient is of the highest quality, fresh and carefully selected. This is just the beginning of a culinary experience that stands out for the perfect combinations of chef Matteo who knows how to transform every dish into a "work of art". Various types of appetizers: it's hard to choose between cured meats, veal tuna and beef tartare, certainly all on the podium. Among the first courses is the "cacio ai tre pepi" which is the envy of the popular Roman restaurants in Trastevere: the combination of the three types of pepper elevates the classic cacio e pepe to levels of excellence. Honorable mention for the Brandomisù, a reinterpretation of tiramisu as beautiful to look at as it is to taste, for the refined cellar as well as for the off-menu proposals. Brandosteria is not just a restaurant, it is a traditional Italian cuisine experience with a touch of innovation and creativity. Absolutely must try!

The first time we came across BrandOsteria it was by chance. Since that day it has become one of the places we love to return to, and every time it is a pleasant (and VERY GOOD) surprise! "Surprise" in the true sense of the word, given that you always find new, innovative dishes, beautiful to look at and above all with a unique and special taste. The owner and the staff are always very kind and smiling. I would add that as a vegetarian, I am always grateful to find a great choice on the menu for me too. In short, a place where you eat well, and where you feel good.
