Very positive experience, nice and kind owner. Typical Piedmontese cuisine. All homemade. We will return again next time we pass through Cuneo.

A nice discovery in the middle of the Cuneo countryside. The tagliolini with ragù are excellent and the portions are very generous! The owners are very nice. An excellent dinner before tackling the Gran Fondo the next morning. ☺️

Beautiful experience, the cuisine is amazing, with very rich portions, exquisite house wine, the icing on the cake: Oscar.... it's really fantastic, you can see that he cares about his work and every customer who enters his restaurant, it's definitely one of the best places I've been to eat

Stopped by chance during a motorcycle trip we found the owners welcoming and friendly. The dishes we tasted were good and the quality/price ratio was good.

I was at Ripa, during a family lunch, on May 1st, a group of 12 people. The owners are exquisite, kind people, the food is excellent and the portions are very generous!! In fact, we only ordered 2 dishes each! In order to enjoy 2 first courses, I asked for "princess" portions (half portions). The raw materials are very fresh and carefully chosen, you can taste everything! They also made me an excellent fruit tart! They have excellent local beers, Anima. The service was perhaps a little slow, we arrived at 1 pm and left almost at 5 pm.

Recommended to me by a nearby shopkeeper, I had a pleasant surprise. Courtesy, cleanliness, very pleasant environment. We ate really well and I will definitely be back!

Very welcoming place, the owner super friendly and available for all our requests. Impeccable service, very nice waitress. Dishes prepared with care and excellent raw materials. Everything was excellent but the fondue gnocchi were truly amazing. Super super recommended.

We vacationed two weeks without a really delicious meal. Here at this lovely trattoria, we were treated with meals made with joy and attention to detail. The favors you dream of when on holiday. We visited 4 countries and ate foods with zero inspiration. Here, the epically well presented and delectable dishes were and are of the highest traditional quality, if not higher. The wine selection is of this area and specifically labeled for this trattoria. From start to finish, the entire meal was a delight, as well as the lovely couple that are the proprietors. We will return here, so worth every ❤️ 💕 cent and more.

The encounter with this restaurant, on our journey from Turin to Cuneo, was a very lucky coincidence. The kindness and hospitality of the staff are exemplary. The environment is familiar and intimate but with a touch of discreet elegance that makes it fascinating. The menu is inspired by Piedmontese tradition and highlights local products very well. The composition of the dishes is modern and imaginative, with attention to color that makes each dish a small work of art. The portions are generous and the prices absolutely honest, especially considering the quality. A restaurant that we will certainly take into consideration when we return to the Granda Province.
