Table of 4. We took two pinsas and two normal pizzas. They got the drink order wrong by bringing us an unsolicited beer. One pizza had speck instead of the cup requested in the order. Very nice environment. Too bad about the mosquitoes because it was full and we were devoured. A clearly irritated waitress. The base of the two "normal" pizzas, besides being small, was not good at all.

My pizza was good, but someone at my table wasn't happy with theirs, due to the lack of toppings which made it a little dry. In summer it is really pleasant to eat in the outdoor area. Friendly staff and prices just below average.

Pizza con un'amica, ci hanno trovato un tavolo anche se il locale era pieno. Pizza buona, personale giovane, gentile e simpatico. Consigliata.

At Braciere di Rivergaro they know how to make pizza dough, through their research they have managed to extrapolate a recipe that has something unique and personal that makes the difference in the area, the dough rises for a good 24 hours and the mixture of ancient grain flours with that extra edge to the taste obviously cooked in a wood oven rated 8 overall, commitment and dedication always rewards 💪🏻
