An excellent restaurant, with dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to presentation. Professional, courteous, and punctual service. The atmosphere is elegant and meticulously maintained. Fabrizio, besides being kind and professional, is also friendly and helpful. A typical L'Aquila trattoria, located in the city center and easy to get to. It's a great place for dinner with friends or even a romantic dinner for two. The staff is very friendly, and Fabrizio, the owner, is a true maestro. I recommend the appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all excellent. See you next time.

Exceptional place! The first courses are excellent; I highly recommend the carbonara and gnocchi when available; there's also a wide selection of second courses, all expertly prepared! The service is equally excellent, with helpful staff eager to accommodate our requests. The price is absolutely in line with the quality of the products offered. Congratulations!!

Ristorante Materia Prima

18/01/2026: Intimate, minimalist, and elegant design. The maitre d' and the dining room staff create a simple yet warm atmosphere. Refined and original dishes, with Abruzzo roots clearly evident. Special mention goes to the tortello alla ventricina and the lamb, both of which are unbelievably tender.
03/01/2026: I visited the "Materia Prima" restaurant. It's a place with meticulous attention to detail, elegant, refined, and welcoming. I chose this restaurant for their tasting menu, which immediately proved to be an explosion of flavor and quality. The presentation of the dishes, paired with excellent wines, was nothing short of delightful. I thank the chef and his entire staff for their culinary journey, who have brought expression and flavor to their dishes, which embody passion and creativity, as well as the use of top-quality ingredients.

Ristorante Il Santamaria

04/02/2026: These are the places I love... friendliness, professionalism, and authenticity. Recommended by my friend Roberto, I found an elegant setting where travertine dominates, the owner welcomed us with a smile, and the fettuccine carbonara was divine, 175 grams of deliciousness. We struggled a bit to get there, but it was worth it.
01/02/2026: Truly an excellent restaurant. 🅿️Located near the Civitella Roveto station, although there's not much parking outside, there's plenty of parking a few hundred meters away. 🪑The location is typical for this type of restaurant: very clean, well-kept, and warm (the indoor climate is excellent even in the dead of winter). The indoor dining rooms are large and well-distanced, despite the busy Sunday lunch season. 🍝Lastly, the food...superb! We had a classic appetizer with very good quality ingredients. Two first courses, fettuccine and agnolotti, both of which we opted for a porcini mushroom and truffle sauce. Excellent ingredients, truly good pasta, and generous portions. The main course and side dish options were also plentiful and tasty, but we couldn't get one because we were so full... maybe next time! ☺️ 📝Excellent service, young waiter (Dario/Diego?!?)...fast, precise, attentive, very helpful, and always courteous and smiling. 🌟A truly excellent restaurant with quality products, good cuisine that showcases local produce...and last but not least, the price is really good for the quality and quantity of products served. Highly recommended!
