14/08/2025: I went to help my uncle set up the karaoke equipment at this osteria, and I must say that the pizza they kindly offered us exceeded all expectations. The dough was light and fluffy, with a well-aired crust and just the right amount of crispiness, a clear sign of a long and meticulous leavening process. The mozzarella was fresh and flavorful, unlike the typical industrial products often found elsewhere, and the tomato sauce had an authentic and balanced flavor. The toppings were carefully measured, without overdoing it, just clean and well-balanced flavors. Eating that pizza was truly satisfying: balanced in flavor, without being heavy, perfect for those seeking uncompromising taste. The osteria offers an intimate and familiar atmosphere, with courteous and attentive staff who immediately make you feel at home, ideal for a pleasant and unpretentious evening.
