12/11/2025: I highly recommend it. Francesca is lovely and always attentive. The breakfast is generous and delicious, with many fresh, homemade products. She gives us great tips for sightseeing. The location is ideal, a 5-minute walk from San Geminiano. It's clean, tastefully decorated, and peaceful.

20/10/2025: I was in San Gimignano last week for my photo tour group, and I happened to see Francesca’s stunning view of the town from her backyard. I stopped by to ask if I could take some photos, and she kindly said yes. She was incredibly welcoming and sweet. Even though I didn’t stay at Francesca’s place, her warmth and generosity made me feel truly welcome. From the moment we connected, she extended kindness that went far beyond expectation.
