Excellent restaurant with specialties from Puglia, everything was really delicious, especially the appetizers. Very friendly staff and quiet environment. Congratulations!

Excellent place if you want to feel like you're in Puglia, good quality food, delicious grilled meat, prices a little salty as far as I'm concerned but if you eat well it's ok in the end.

Braceria in name and in fact, but not only that! If you love Puglia and its butchers you can't miss a visit here, in the land of Emilia: you will find meat for your teeth combined with many (all?) Apulian specialties, cooked and served at their best. The wines tried were good...Only the ambience doesn't reach the score of the other items, too bad!

Everything was good from the appetizer to the first courses to the grilled coffee and digestives, I had people from Bologna and Palermo who were enthusiastic and told me that they will return for the fish-based menu (the Bolognese).

I ate as if I were at home, welcoming service, orders, precise and fast. I recommend it for those who want to taste the flavors of the south.

Exceptional! Found it on Google, I was craving Apulian cuisine, it was much higher than expected, we ordered the orecchiette with meatballs and sea and earth ears (super recommended!) A mixed Apulian grill to share (thank goodness because the portions are really generous, Apulian as the owner says) as a side dish half a portion of what would be a first course, broad bean purée with chicory and broccoli, all washed down with the well-known Apulian beer...we didn't get to the dessert...there was nothing left to fit but incredibly we digested very well! Super recommended! We'll be back!

First time at this place. I knew it existed but never had the chance to go. I finally did it today. Top Apulian cuisine. Quiet environment, fast and unobtrusive service. Everything was really good starting from the mixed starter, superb broad beans and chicory, they reminded me of my grandmother's dish. Excellent grilled meat, bombette, lamb sausage and gnumerelle. Generous portions and fair price. I will definitely go back. Also worth trying are the orecchiette. Thanks to Sandro and his staff.
