Braceria Sapori di Puglia In Sala bolognese

The place from the outside looks maybe not very inviting because it is at the foot of a condominium on a street characterized by the passage of a medium voltage power line, but there is a large parking lot nearby. Yet we chose it for a lunch to celebrate a communion. Inside the place appears sober and welcoming. The managers more than consistent with the agreed price have thought of everything, from small flowers for a festive table to the final cake. The rich appetizers confirm the name of the place itself: flavors of Puglia! (Among the many, personally, I really appreciated the chicory and broad beans and the expertly cooked seafood salad) The wines available are all good Puglia wines. The service was always precise, punctual and courteous. We will obviously return, but I recommend trying or rediscovering some real Puglia dishes.

We live in the area and we already frequent this place a few times with relatives and friends, we are not from Puglia but we are enthusiastic about their cuisine, their kindness and courtesy and the cleanliness of the place at an adequate price, highly recommended!!!!

Ottimo locale se vuoi sentirti in Puglia,buon cibo di qualità,carne alla brace squisita,prezzi x quanto mi riguarda un po' salati ma se mangi bene alla fine ci sta.

Excellent place if you want to feel like you're in Puglia, good quality food, delicious grilled meat, prices a little salty as far as I'm concerned but if you eat well it's ok in the end.

Braceria in name and in fact, but not only that! If you love Puglia and its butchers you can't miss a visit here, in the land of Emilia: you will find meat for your teeth combined with many (all?) Apulian specialties, cooked and served at their best. The wines tried were good...Only the ambience doesn't reach the score of the other items, too bad!

Everything was good from the appetizer to the first courses to the grilled coffee and digestives, I had people from Bologna and Palermo who were enthusiastic and told me that they will return for the fish-based menu (the Bolognese).

Locale pugliese, molto freddo di tipico non ha nulla sembra una pizzeria, per quanto riguarda la cucina, i piatti non sono nulla di particolare alcuni anche slegati nei sapori.
