At the Raiano Antica restaurant you can taste cuisine that is a good mix of traditional and modern, with tasty recipes, excellently prepared, local and typical ingredients. We went as a couple, we started with an appetizer of cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables, all fresh and adequate in portions. We then had two first courses of homemade pasta, tagliolini (more like spaghettoni alla guitar) with tomato served on a bed of burrata and pesto, gnocchi with ditch cheese (these perhaps a little savory). Satiety got the better of gluttony and we didn't take the second course, even though we looked at the other tables and the meat looked delicious. We will return to confirm, even if a little far from where we live. The staff is very courteous and helpful, perhaps one more element could make the service quicker.

Ristorante collocato in un posto molto caratteristico, accanto ad una piazza con edifici antichi, in un cortile molto suggestivo. Molto belli gli interni, tra pietre e legno. Cibo ottimo, carne eccellente, servizio accogliente. Molto consigliato.
