I brought two friends, knowing full well the high quality we've come to expect from this butcher/grill: delicious, light appetizers and main courses. We left feeling full but not heavy, a testament to the high quality of the meat. A gastronomic experience I highly recommend to anyone who loves quality meat. Highly recommended!

We were recommended this restaurant by a local bar owner. We had a large bistecca alla florentina, which was cooked incredibly and came with fresh, tasty sides. The service from start to finish was great, the staff were very friendly and accommodating despite our poor Italian and the chef sent out a braciola for us, compliments of the house. This is the best meal we had in Mola di Bari!

It is difficult to find words that do justice to such an authentic experience: the meat is simply excellent, tender and tasty, treated with a care that is perceived from the first bite. Each dish tells a story, and it is the owner himself who tells it - a genuinely passionate person who with engaging enthusiasm describes the origin of the raw materials, the cooking techniques and the choices behind each preparation. The service is another strong point: courteous, attentive and always available, without ever being intrusive. You feel welcomed, listened to, put at ease. A place where you eat well, but above all where you breathe love for your work. Highly recommended to those looking for something more than a simple dinner out: here you live an experience.

It has finally reopened its doors! It never disappoints, even after a long time... Excellent quality, tasty bombettes... the meat melts in your mouth... Super crunchy fries... Not to mention the spicy hamburger (I don't eat hamburgers) I would have eaten others... wide choice of meat with different flavours... And now also an excellent menu with sandwiches starting from €5! In short, you can enjoy what you prefer and it is suitable for all budgets and all palates!
