We arrived at this place, far from the chaos of Altamura, by pure chance and were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted politely and with smiles throughout the dinner, always attentive to every detail. A welcome with crostini and homemade lard, as well as all the side dishes, sauces, and delicacies. A dedication to carefully selected and expertly cooked ingredients. The meat, what can I say? Excellent dry-aged ribs of various types, delicious mutton skewers, the tartare, oh my!!!! The cut is divine, the seasonings, wow, including a fantastic caper. I forgot about the carpaccio with caramelized onion sauce 🫣🫣 speechless. Excellent wine and their red beer! And finally, homemade desserts 🤤🤤🤤🤤🫠🫠🫠🫠. I forgot, we went on a Friday and booked the next day. Congratulations on the family dedication you put into your work, including your collaborators.

As a food and grilled meat enthusiast, I couldn't help but be thrilled with this place. We found the owners to be extremely professional and knowledgeable, both in terms of regional cuisine and the handling of foreign meats. Adequate service, utmost courtesy, and a more than fair price. I would like to personally thank the entire staff for preparing and serving us an unforgettable dinner.

For a truly memorable dinner, head to Di Leo's grill. Perfect cuts of meat, cooked to perfection. Excellent wine selection, and their own excellent desserts! A truly refined setting, great music, and a simple, elegant atmosphere. Extremely kind, refined, and discreet staff. There were three of us and we had a wonderful and satisfying evening. A well-deserved 5 stars!
