I camerieri e gestori, pronti a consigliarci i migliori abbinamenti di cibo preparato con cura, sono efficienti, cordiali, simpatici e disponibili, coordinazione insuperabile. I prezzi sono alti ma compatibili con la qualità del cibo, soldi ben spesi senza dubbio. Il cibo, selezionato personalmente e proveniente dai migliori fornitori, è gustoso ma, stupisce soprattutto la qualità della materia prima usata, tutto eseguito alla perfezione su brace a legna. Vino di ottima qualità, ampia scelta con menù a parte. I tempi di servizio sono ottimi e contenuti. I proprietari sono dotati di tanta dimestichezza. Posto ideale per qualsiasi occasione. Abbiamo cenato in questo posto una sera e ci siamo trovati talmente bene che siamo tornati. Bellissima l'idea di potersi andare a scegliere la carne, in questo modo si riescono ad assaggiare molti pezzi differente, e c'è da dire che è tutto OTTIMO. Carne buonissima cotta in modo perfetto Personalmente ho trovato il rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Davvero consiglio vivamente.

Exceptional place to try. The starters are exceptional, we had a tartare with caciocavallo and honey, the best I've ever eaten. For meat you order directly from the counter, an excellent idea for those who want to try more things. Compliments!

Aside from the very kind and helpful staff the amazing amount of meat choice is amazing. Extremely tasteful dishes. The amount of effort they put in to explain everything in English was great. This restaurant is a reason for us to come back to this region again. Tonight was the second time in 3 days that we have ate here. Thanks again and we are already looking forward to the next time.
