Delicious meat, cooked to perfection, the carpaccio equally delicious, shame about the bill... very salty... surely the quality of the meat will be excellent but it seemed a bit too much to spend €140 per person for 2

After seeing the Pitti Palace, I was craving steak, but I didn't want to go to D'Auste, so I chose this. I recommend making a reservation at The Fork. I ordered a T-bone steak, and I was a little taken aback because they didn't ask how I wanted it cooked, but it came out rare, and it was so much more delicious. That black salt was a real hit. We ordered a T-bone steak, two glasses of wine, water, and risotto, and it was absolutely delicious. The risotto was surprisingly good. I can't remember the name of the dish, but I think it said "green." It paired really well with the steak. I asked them to recommend a sweet wine, so I tried that, and it was just my style. The biggest downside is that the restaurant is very dark in the evening. There's some bright mood lighting next to it, but it was a little too dark for me. I had the pleasure of having lunch there, and the experience was decidedly positive. This place stands out for its attention to raw materials and its welcoming atmosphere.

This was my last meal in Florence, and it was such a great choice! I made a reservation, and they were very friendly and helpful, even showing me how to cook their steak beforehand, which made me feel even more confident! I ordered medium-rare, and it was perfectly tender and delicious. I'd love to visit again if I ever return to Florence!

A grill restaurant that deserves a Michelin star! A place where you can relax and trust the chefs, who do a wonderful job. I highly recommend it.
