Happy Sunday.
We went last night to celebrate Valentine's Day; it was our first time there. The place looks very nice, the staff was friendly, we felt right at home, and we had a great meal with quality products (which is hard to find these days).
We really had a great time.
I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
We would gladly return.

The atmosphere, while excellent, is a bit cramped, and to go to the bathroom (we were near the register, on the other side of the main room), you have to slalom between the tables while others stare at you... like you'd stare at anyone passing by during lunch...!
The parking lot also seems large, but it fills up quickly, and without lane markings, the spaces aren't very well-optimized (we found cars parked a bit haphazardly).
The service was courteous and good, although we asked for the tagliata medium-rare, and all three cuts of meat in the tasting were very, very rare (after the first one, we asked for the others, to no avail). I'm grateful, however, that they suggested and brought us the stone; at least we could cook them to our liking.
The charcuterie was fantastic, and the tagliata was certainly good, although we didn't really enjoy it, considering what we've said. I think the dessert I had (I remember it was called "agrumato") was a sight to behold.

My boyfriend and I have been there twice, and after the second experience, I can say it's become my absolute favorite restaurant. Delicious meat, carefully prepared dishes, exceptional wines (we love the Chaos), excellent service, and the perfect atmosphere. Never a thing is out of place. Congratulations, and see you soon!

For meat lovers, I'd say we're in the Temple of Meat.
Exceptional tagliata, and the mixed grill was equally delicious.
The first course, tortello with stracotto, was delicious.
Excellent, fast service, and friendly staff.
Definitely worth returning.
