Nice experience. We took a Fiorentina for 2. Nice location with barbecue and meat counter in sight. Few seats. A wide selection of wines but very expensive.. The meat was delicious, cooked properly and of excellent quality. The only flaw is the bill: too high for a "butcher's shop with barbecue". Fiorentina around €80/kg and wines almost nothing under 30.

In this place, quality reigns supreme. Max - the owner - and his staff are always extremely professional: the raw materials are exceptional and the quality-price ratio is also exceptional, and the restaurant is also extremely clean. The prices are not low but given the quality offered, it is more than right that this is the case. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

I was welcomed into the restaurant, even without a reservation, and the staff was kind and welcoming. The service was professional and fast. The menu is very rich and the prices are a little high, but the dishes we tasted were all very tasty. Very satisfied overall, a little less on the dessert of the day, but I will come back to try others. The idea of ​​serving the meat without salt and giving the possibility of salting it with a rich selection of salts at the table is original.

Sono stato ieri sera per la prima volta in questo ristorante con 3 miei amici e siamo rimasti entusiasti! Abbiamo iniziato con una tartare al tartufo che era semplicemente spaziale, un equilibrio di sapori che difficilmente si dimentica. La costata? Una marchigiana eccezionale: tenera, succulenta e cotta alla perfezione. La selezione di carni è davvero ampia e di altissima qualità, così come quella dei vini, perfetti per accompagnare ogni piatto. Alla fine, non perdetevi la degustazione di formaggi: un vero capolavoro per concludere in bellezza. Un plauso speciale va alla cura nei dettagli e all'attenzione verso il cliente. Max, il proprietario, è davvero il numero 1: accogliente, competente e appassionato. Un posto che consiglio a tutti gli amanti della carne e del buon cibo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Quite possibly my favorite steak house in Milan. Characteristic and very captivating location. Very refined selection of wines. What about meat, always something excellent to try. To finish on a high note, I recommend trying their desserts, which are truly excellent and always different. Price proportionate to the very high quality of the raw materials.
