The quality of the ingredients is certainly exceptional. Unfortunately, the cooking wasn't up to par. The inside was okay (rare as requested), but the outside had several charred spots that disturbed the flavor of the meat. Even the meatballs had charred layers. My suggestion is to improve the cooking process (perhaps taking a cue from the Catania location, where they almost achieve excellence) so as not to ruin everything. Furthermore, we all know that charring meat is anything but healthy. For now, I'll return to Catania; maybe in a few months I'll give it another chance.

The beauty of being able to choose your dish directly from the counter, where the meat is displayed, guarantees transparency for the customer. The focus on craft beers and local wines takes the quality to the next level. The location is beautiful, modern without unnecessary excess. The high stools and tables give the atmosphere a youthful and smart feel, although some softer lighting would perhaps not hurt. The prices are average. Communication and customer service could be improved. Recommended if you're a meat lover looking for a well-made steak.

The quality is as good as any other grill in the Catania area, the prices are above average, the most striking being a plate of chips for 7 euros, thank goodness we didn't get fooled into ordering the meat they recommended, it may be their specialty but it would have taken half a salary 😂

Excellent products, a bit pricey for the location

Nice place, excellent meat quality. I really enjoyed my stay. Parking is easy to find on the street. I recommend booking.
