Nice place with good value for money. Excellent quality meat, general and prepared dining room staff even if the kitchen messed up the order of arrival of the dishes and one of the courses arrived cold and was reheated instead of made from scratch..

Excellent experience for an alternative and particular evening (Chef table). The Chef is very helpful, super prepared and really nice!

Restaurant not far from the Mole Antonelliana, not very large but nice, minimalist style, but refined.
Very kind staff, very attentive to the customer.
The place has an open kitchen, which I always appreciate very much.
Varied menu although their specialty is certainly meat. The kataifi basket with melted goat cheese on a Nebbiolo reduction is excellent, but the regional vutello must is also excellent (smoked Fassona steak, veal with tuna sauce and Brà sausage).
And when you leave the restaurant, take a walk and look up at the splendid Mole which stands nearby.
I suggest booking.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo provato l’esperienza “Chef’s table”, Jonny, lo chef, è un ragazzo preparato e molto simpatico, capace di essere serio nei momenti opportuni e stare al gioco quando gli si dà la possibilità di scherzare, senza nulla togliere ovviamente al resto dello staff, tutti preparati e volendo scherzosi.
Esperienza super consigliata, non vedo l’ora però di tornare per provare i piatti non presenti nel menù “Chef’s table”

Ristorante di carne in zona Mole Antonelliana, locale spazioso e molto accogliente, carni di vario tipo da tutte le parti del mondo.
Abbiamo scelto il diaframma di vitello al sangue, carne morbida e dal gusto insolito. Molto buona.
Contorno di patate al forno.
Carta dei vini ottima.
Servizio informale ma attento e cortese.
Rapporto qualità prezzo corretto considerata la qualità.

Non è la prima volta ed ogni volta è una conferma, se non meglio della volta precedente. E la differenza la fa anche la squisita professionalità, la gentilezza della titolare Monica e del servizio al tavolo, sempre disponibile e sorridente. Qualità della carne indiscutibile e di un livello superiore per tagli e cottura. Da urlo le bombette!! Che dire... torneremo assolutamente e di corsa. Grazie Monica
