Good meat. Good service. Prices a little above average. Very chaotic and poorly soundproofed location.

Brace e Sapori is a gem: welcoming and with an excellent quality of offer. Good attention to detail (from the home made salt to put on the meat, to the plating, to the attention to detail). The idea of ​​the cleaver-shaped knife with the restaurant's logo is original. I applaud the service that pampers the customer without too much intrusiveness. Behind it we can glimpse a good organization both in staff training and in management care. Highly recommended even for non-meat lovers for the experience.

I was in this place last night, and I'm sorry to have to give a review, not entirely positive. Let's start from the fact that the "communication" of the restaurant managers is highly valid as, through social media, they have been able to sell the image of the restaurant well. In reality they disappointed my expectations a bit. Undoubtedly there are very high quality products which, obviously, have a higher cost. Specifically, last night I had dinner with three friends, the place leaves something to be desired, a little "cold", while the meat on display seems of very high quality. We took three fillets of meat and it didn't really taste excellent. And the price wasn't reasonable, but a little high. I will probably return to try something else.

We have eaten here several times and the meat is excellent and the staff is friendly. Bowler hats, cut and rags are recommended.

We ended up there by chance, and I must admit that it was a very pleasant discovery. Starting from the appetizers, various and with very interesting combinations (the pulled pork croquettes are highly recommended) up to the quality of the meat, tasty and juicy, thanks also to a perfect rare cooking, as a steak of that kind requires. I believe that there are very few places in the area that know how to treat meat like them, so I would highly recommend it to barbecue lovers.

Esperienza fantastica, abbiamo degustato due tagli di carni importanti come la rubia gallega e kobe finlandese, poi l’assaggio dei carpaccio eccezionale . Per finire i dolci proposti erano ottimi. Il proprietario vi fa sentire a proprio agio . Ci tornerò sicuramente e consiglio di andarci!
