Wonderful experience The Alpine Gray meat caressed the palate with an explosion of flavor that made my taste buds dance the kizumba😍 The friendly, polite staff was never intrusive and above all prepared! The helpful owner is always ready to advise everyone based on their needs and carefully illustrates the products present in the restaurant. Excellent quality, very high preparation The space is not large, but very well organised, I hope they can move to a better location up to the high standard

We stayed here a few nights ago and had a really good time! The meat was excellent, there was a wide choice, as well as the starters. The service is also excellent, as is the environment. We'll be back!

Una conferma assoluta! Brace e Sapori ha nuovamente superato le mie aspettative. Ristorante poco distante dal centro del paese in una via che collega Taranto - Pulsano - paesi limitrofi. Locale moderno e ben curato, personale gentilissimo, molto attento al cliente. Menù vario, ricco di antipasti e fritti. La loro specialità è certamente la carne. La qualità della carne è stata eccezionale, evidente fin dal primo morso della battuta di fassona e dalla bistecca. La maestria con cui sono preparati i piatti, unita alla selezione attenta delle materie prime, ha reso ogni boccone un'esplosione di sapori autentici. Suggerisco la prenotazione. Consigliato!

Oramai sono tre anni che facciamo tappa fissa e di solito anche più di una volta... Che dire...prodotti ottimi e prezzi onesti e chiari. Bombette ottime ma anche un'ottima selezione di carni frollate di alta qualità come anche la tartare! Noi...ci torneremo come al solito!!! Bravi Ale e Mary!

17/08/2024: Notice 1 the portions are decidedly generous: adjust! Warning 2, if possible, sit facing the wall so as not to see what is being served at the other tables: it's all very inviting and you might have second thoughts. Notice 3 don't be surprised to still find a place where the food is loved, the customer is treated very well and above all they still change the cutlery and bring it to you on a tray, covered with a napkin for obvious hygienic reasons.... Do I need to tell you how good everything is? The price is obviously the one due!
16/08/2024: We went for dinner this evening, in the summer there are only tables outside. We took the triptych of meatballs (a portion for two, definitely abundant as you can see in the photo for an appetizer). Then orecchiette in tiesto (in paper) and orecchiette with cherry tomatoes and burrata (dish of the day). We concluded with two almond sorbets. All very good, the only small flaw was the meatballs in sauce which were not hot but only lukewarm, but still very good. With two bottles of water and a total cover charge of €55, more than fair given the enormous quantity of food and the location very close to the square. I recommend booking as a few customers were sent away as everything was full.

15/08/2024: What a wonderful place, we spent a lovely evening in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The beers are the workhorse, but the cocktails make the difference. Great food, fast service, killer music. Advised.
