This restaurant is a true culinary institution, combining tradition, elegance, and a hospitality that is now rare. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine kindness and a smile that made you feel immediately at home. Special thanks go to Francesco and his sister Firminia, the owners: two exquisite, professional, passionate people with an overwhelming warmth that makes the experience even more memorable. The welcome entrées were a surprising start: carefully crafted, refined, and capable of expressing, in a single bite, a love for the cuisine and the region. The appetizers confirmed the exceptional quality of the gastronomic offering: excellent quality ingredients, harmonious combinations, and impeccable presentation. The first courses were a triumph of flavors, balanced yet intense, prepared with a mastery that enhances every ingredient. Kudos also to the wine selection, expertly recommended: a perfect pairing that enhanced each dish and completed the experience sublimely. In conclusion, Antico Francischiello is more than just a restaurant: it's a place where you can experience an authentic gastronomic journey, in a warm and family atmosphere, guided by professionals who truly love what they do.
