Convenient place for breakfast. Cornetto was tasty. The guy in the bar counter in the earliest morning shift on 4 January 2026 was very nice and made a good cappuccino - thank you for making my Bologna departure in a good mood 😉

A very interesting place where you can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. I ordered tortellini ragu for lunch and I recommend it. The food is good quality, although the place feels a bit fast food-like, mainly because of the automated ordering screens that spoil the atmosphere. The food is really tasty, so I recommend it.

Under the Donkey Towers, a modern restaurant with an open kitchen where you can watch the tortellini being prepared. You order from a totem pole. The food is good, though nothing spectacular! The tortellini in broth are okay, the tortellini in cream are good, and the tagliatelle alla bolognese is also good.

We thought we’d have a light snack before dinner, so we ordered the Friggione, a traditional Bolognese dish. It was served with two pieces of bread to pair with the sauce.
The sauce appears to be made mainly from slow-cooked white onions and tomatoes, and it was very flavourful - rich, slightly sweet, and comforting.
This is a good spot for fast and convenient food. Ordering is done via self-service kiosks, and the food is then delivered directly to your table, making the whole experience quick and hassle-free.

My wife and I popped in here for a pastry and a coffee and would definitely recommend. There are digital ordering screens if you prefer that as well. My wife had a Cornetto alla Crema, and I went for a Strawberry & Cream. Both were delicious, flaky and buttery.

VERY GOOD, highly recommended... a point of reference in Bologna, the tortellini with parmesan cream are supreme... the ragù is good but less special, while the fried ones aren't my thing. Despite the crowds, the wait was very short.
