Bottega Portici - 2 Torri In Bologna

Good food but absolutely chaotic service. We created an order on the screen, but then we had to go around two tables where they put our order in a plate, but they were reading the order from the receipt. Unfortunately they got lost in the order and didn't give us one dessert so we had to go there for the second time and explain their mistake. And we got a different dessert than we ordered, but we didn't have enough energy to explain it for the second time. We should also get water with coffee (according to the ordering system) but we didn't get any. So it's a mess.

Nothing better than a quick plate of tortellini before continuing your tour of the city center. Everything is very good, fast and efficient service, ambiance? Outdoor terrace right under the 2 Towers...what else?

Yesterday, I had a great coffee there, and the whole experience was great. The barista suggested a new coffee with pistachio, and it was more than great. Today, the 15th of May, I went there at 13:45, there was a lady at the cashier who made this whole experience very bad. She wasn't helpful and not friendly at all. She didn't wanna work just directing people to the digital screens for orders! I really suggest the management investigate such behaviour by employees! If they don't wanna work, why are they hired!!

Absolute best croqsant ever. Iam a chef and its unbelievable how well are these croasant made. Regards to the staff that makes them. Its only 3 euro per piece, super cheaper. It should be at least 5 euro. Thank you Bottega Portici its been a long wait to taste such an incredible croasant, maybe the best in my life. Posticino simaptico vicino alle 2 torri a Bologna apprezzabile l'idea dibfare la cucina tipica bolognese stile fast food. Diciamo che alla fine ci può stare ma le porzuoni un pò piccoline.

In posizione tattica ed unica sotto le 2 torri, è un luogo dove si ordina dal totem come al Mc, ma ti servono tortellini! Scherzi a parte, il sistema è come quello detto sopra, ma ti ordini l’aperitivo, o da mangiare, o la pausa dolce. Noi abbiamo preso il tagliere di affettati con tutele e crescentine, i tortellini alla panna e due Spritz, ma c’era chi prendeva caffè, tiramisù e cioccolata in tazza. Alla stessa ora. Bellissimo. Il cibo è discreto, buone le materie prime, la qualità è il livello medio/alto che si trova praticamente ovunque in centro
