Nice place, we were intrigued by the appetizing look of the croissants, which were truly delicious.
The location is enviable, right under the two towers. Must try!

I cannot give more than 3 stars - and that’s already a stretch. The food and coffee were great, but the toilets… no toilet seats, not toilet paper to clean the toilet before you sit down. It’s sad when the bathroom doesn’t match the quality of the food.

This place is heavily tourist-oriented, but not overly chaotic. The line moves fairly quickly, partly because the layout is similar to a fast food restaurant: you serve yourself via automatic monitors, and the service is very prompt.
However, precisely because of this setup, the quality of the food isn't particularly high. It's not a place to go if you're looking for refined cuisine or a traditional experience: for that, you're definitely better off going to a good osteria.
That said, the prices are decidedly reasonable and in line with what's offered. It's a convenient and affordable option for a quick, unpretentious meal.

I can’t rate everything as I only went for breakfast, but it was quite good overall. The Gorilla crema e gocce di cioccolato and Tortellone fritto dolce were delicious, though the Americano was a bit below average.

I enjoyed the tortellini with green sauce and Parmesan, the pasta was firm but not undercooked, the pork filling had a savoury, and umami-like flavour, and the colour was beautiful green. The portion size felt acceptable, and the price seemed more or less fair for a restaurant in the heart of Bologna. Overall, I had a good experience, though I’m only maybe sure I’d come back.

The breakfast was delicious, and the ordering machine was very convenient. However, it's best to pick up your breakfast yourself; if you ask a server to deliver it, the wait can be extremely long.
