It was a 5-star rating for courtesy, kindness, professionalism, and excellent products. Roberto Dario Manola was the best. Today I'm giving it 3 stars because there are new, less than polite people here, who have ruined the old atmosphere.

There's no other butcher shop in Rome with this quality and expertise. Roberto Liberati sells nothing that isn't top-notch. Rice, flour, tomatoes, oil, and top-notch cheeses. Roberto also explains why he sells or doesn't sell a product, arguing with facts, not words. Here, if you ask, you can even find out what the animal ate before ending up on your plate. Sure, the prices are quite high, but it's better to eat less and eat quality. Francesca
