Great third wave coffeeshop (beans from La Cabra) and delicious pastries. Nice seating area (both inside and outside) and friendly service.

A must-try if you're in Bra! This coffee bar right in the city center, even though it's in the ZTL (limited traffic zone), is absolutely worth a visit whether you're shopping, searching for sausage, or taking a bike ride. Forget the usual coffee shops: here, you'll find a super relaxing and enveloping atmosphere, very Northern European, a strange but perfectly fitting mix between an old candy store and a decidedly more "hype" street style shop vibe, with a vinyl corner and skateboards hanging on the walls like works of art (which @bonobolabo knows well). Coffee is their specialty, and it shows: the choices are perhaps "drastic" in the sense that you won't find a thousand options, but the ones they do have are truly winning. There's no sugar, but they do offer free water in glass bottles. The coffee quality is truly exceptional, as is the friendly service. The desserts are also excellent, perfect for accompanying your break. If only it were closer to home, it would definitely become my go-to coffee shop for every day. Highly recommended! Ps. The French-style tables outside and the coffee machine in the window are lovely.

After lunch, the Buccis were "just" looking for a coffee, but they found themselves having a truly unique experience. We met Paolo, who passionately explained the concept of the place and the characteristics of the coffees we could taste. We tried two shots, and it was truly interesting to try a coffee different from the usual espresso you find in a bar. We truly appreciated Paolo's friendliness and the dedication with which he shared so much information about the world of specialty coffee. Recommended experience!

I visited Parallels Café and was thrilled. The coffee is of the highest quality, expertly brewed: every sip speaks of expertise, research, and passion, fully showcasing this wonderful agricultural product. The leavened pastries are very good. The place is meticulously maintained, clean, tidy, and well-organized. I was struck by the originality of the decor: skateboards, magazines, and books about coffee and the skateboarding world create a unique atmosphere, where everything fits together perfectly, without ever feeling forced. It exudes authenticity. It's wonderful to enter a place with a family history and see it reimagined with great taste and balance. The staff is attentive, professional, and very kind. I loved chatting with Paolo and learning about how Parallels was born and its journey: it adds a precious human value to the experience.
