Everything, absolutely everything, has remained as it was 30 years ago, it seems like taking a leap into the past. The gorgonzola and speck are good.

They opened a bit late for me, 19:30, but after that everything was great. Service was good and I don't think it was even 5 minutes until I had my pizza after ordering. You have to like cheese to enjoy the pizza I ordered, I do.... :)

A historic pizzeria in Bari! The staff was very kind and helpful, we enjoyed some excellent roasted cardoncelli and some very tasty stewed turnips. My pizza was amazing, with excellent quality and expertly crafted ingredients. Highly recommended!

THE ABSOLUTE pizzeria in Bari! The best pizza you can find there: you should eat the pizza "first when you're hungry", and then the appetizer, otherwise you wouldn't be able to enjoy its excellence. Try it to believe it!

Siamo stati un sabato sera, previa prenotazione, con un gruppo di amici. Personale cordiale e simpatico. Abbiamo ordinato pizze diverse per avere la possibilità di assaggiarle. Buonissime. Ci avevano parlato di questa storica pizzeria barese e appena è giunta l'occasione di una passeggiata a Bari abbiamo deciso di andarci. Servizio alquanto veloce, anche se il locale era pieno. Unica pecca che essendo piccolo e pieno di commensali non si riusciva a parlare tranquillamente. Comunque si va per gustare la pizza non per discutere. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Volosa - Oltre La Pizza

19/01/2025: Small place with few seats, friendly service, pizza arrival a little slow (but it was Saturday), good quality of food, good value for money. I received a pizza burnt at the base, immediately changed by the staff, well done.
13/01/2025: Excellent pizza, qualified and friendly staff, I recommend it to everyone
