Botanica Lab In Bologna

We enjoyed a variety of options—from antipasti to dessert—and every single dish was exceptional in both flavor and presentation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bologna—this place is a must-try for both vegans and non-vegans alike.

Incredibly good food. The fillet is amazing—the smell, texture, and taste... I have no idea how they do it. The cannelloni were also incredibly delicious. All the flavors are perfectly balanced.

I went to this restaurant for dinner two nights in a row. Excellent dishes, excellent value for money. I tried their vegan burger, very good, maybe it needs a little more push, and the trofiette with veg parmesan cream and basil, amazing. The desserts are also very good.

Nice vegan restaurant with a contemporary menu, located in a charming little street.

A few steps from the beautiful Piazza Maggiore there is this restaurant with all-vegan cuisine. It was our first time here and we wanted to try the tasting menu: 3 dishes + dessert of your choice. At first glance you think the dishes are not filling but I was already satisfied with the 2nd dish. 1st dish: Puff pastry triangles with dried tomatoes and stuffed with macadamia ricotta 2nd dish: Trofiette made with spinsci and seasoned with basil butter and vegan parmesan 3rd dish: Grilled asparagus, stewed artichoke, steamed peas, crispy seed bread and miso mayonnaise. dessert: vanilla and mango cheesecake and vanilla and cherry cheesecake Delicate flavors and everything delicious Well-kept premises, clean and well-kept toilets (not a given) The young and kind staff We will return to try other dishes

Tramite l'app Happy Cow abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante nel cuore di Bologna, cercavamo un posto vegetariano/vegano per una cena prima di andare a teatro. Cibo davvero ottimo, prezzi assolutamente in linea. Ci torneremo sicuramente anche se arriviamo dal Veneto!
