Quiet, clean, and in a fantastic location. The pool isn't particularly large, but it has a fantastic view of the hills. The property also has a restaurant where the food is exceptionally good. The dishes are typical of the area, and the quality is high. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Recommended.

Beautiful, well-renovated village

Compared to the room I rented last year, which was simply perfect, the mini-apartment needs some work. Overall, it feels a bit old: WiFi doesn't work, TV doesn't have a shelf, some windows don't open, and the mattress is a bit firm, but a topper would be perfect. One last note: the bathroom, given the steps and location, could use a night light. Otherwise, the location is stunning with a wonderful view, the staff is courteous and attentive, and the restaurant is truly top-notch. I hope this review is helpful to those deciding on their stay and to the property, as it helps ensure a perfect experience.

We received a cold welcome. We weren't given the remote control for the air conditioning, even after asking again. The rooms were cold and the heating was off.

The view was beautiful, the pool a bit uncomfortable, the room new but without a window, just a glass door. The restaurant had very young, competent, and friendly waiters, who were supposed to make up for the slow kitchen. Overall, a beautiful village but poorly maintained.

It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend the property because we truly relaxed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were even offered a room upgrade and a bottle of wine. The breakfast was excellent! The property is perfect for anyone wanting to do the Eroica because it's right next door!

Relaxation and quiet, the restaurant is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you want to visit the Crete Senesi area and relax in a peaceful setting that takes you back in time, this is an excellent choice. My only suggestion is that the bathroom products need to be increased; the shower gel is too little for one person, and a little personal care with a few useful, natural products would be a nice touch. Convenient parking.
