It's been years since I ate so well in a restaurant, good genuine food, flavors that are no longer easily found unfortunately, nice, friendly and approachable staff, honest prices and very generous portions, the meat excellent and cooked properly, I highly recommend it to everyone

Pranzo il questo ristorante fantastico.
La location è semplice, incasinata, unica! Tavoli modesti con tovaglie di carta.
Il cibo: DELIZIOSO! Tanta tantissima scelta a seconda di ció che c’è. Abbiamo gustato i crostini, l’agnello al formo (strepitoso!) e i gnocchi al ragù di pecora.
Avrei voluto assaggiare altro ma le porzioni sono così generose che non ce la si fa: ottimo motivo per tornare!
Servizio magnifico, gentile e veloce.

We had dinner on a Saturday evening as we were going on a weekend to visit the Marmore waterfalls and we decided to have dinner with them, we had a great time we took a platter of cold cuts and then a steak for 4 people everything was good the staff was very kind to welcome us.

Since 1962 it has been the reference restaurant for those visiting the Marmore waterfall.
Excellent traditional appetizers and first courses, in particular the wild boar fettuccine. Grilled meat and especially polenta with porcini mushrooms are a must. However, we came to eat snails.
A true specialty, cooked perfectly and with an exquisite sauce.
We will be back soon.

Good traditional and genuine cuisine! Tasty first courses from fettuccine to polenta with mushrooms! The quality and cooking of the meat is excellent, try the "carbonara" with its original and exquisite taste! The very friendly and easy-going service with that pinch of friendliness that never hurts! A pleasant break to recommend!

What can I say... it confirms itself as my favorite restaurant!!! Unbeatable!!! It's hard to choose what to eat, one dish tastes better than the other. We'll be back for lunch tomorrow.

As far as I'm concerned, it's been years since I ate something so genuine, homemade, plentiful and delicious!!!
Everything was good, family atmosphere and excellent service.
We will definitely be back... shame we didn't discover it sooner!!!
We returned this year and I have to say I feel disappointed...I don't think I'll go back.

Ormai per noi è tappa fissa, quando torniamo dalle vacanze o siamo in zona umbria ci fermiamo qui.
Location molto particolare e ferma nel tempo, ma è uno dei punti di forza che distingue questo ristorante.
Passiamo alla cucina
I salumi uno più buono dell'altro, pecora al lardo spettacolare, il grasso di maiale smorza il sapore forte della pecora, ottima accoppiata.
Grigliata mista mai mangiata così buona in un ristorante, sia come cottura che come sapore della carne, la pecora in umido invece si scioglieva proprio in bocca.
Le tagliatelle con mirtilli e la pasta al sugo della domenica buoni, unica pecca, se così possiamo definirla, un po' troppo piccanti per i miei gusti.
