Exquisite cuisine, kind and helpful staff. The restaurant offers mainly typical Aosta Valley cuisine. Worth a stop (if not two like we did) 😉

We have been coming here several times a year for a few years now and we have finally found a restaurant that is up to par, without taking anything away from the others, but this is a beautiful, very characteristic place, well looked after and well managed by the two very kind and very well-prepared ladies in the dining room, furthermore, left for last but not least, finally a menu that is up to the culinary tradition of these areas. Even the gluten free management receives the right attention. Well done, see you soon.

Excellent food, kind and fast service, selection of excellent local cured meats, special meat, price in line with the quality and perceived taste. Being a cellar, light and space are reduced to a minimum.

Every year we take a vacation in Valle d’Aosta and we have pleasantly discovered this characteristic Bistrot, very particular and suggestive, with excellent platters of cold cuts and cheeses, in addition to the typical dishes of the area and good wine. Warm and welcoming environment. The style is that of a very large tavern, with soft lights and a nice atmosphere. We will be back soon!

Everything perfect. Delicious food. From the cold cuts platter to the fondues and even the meat that melts in your mouth. Excellent wine list with an incredible selection. Welcoming and fast service. There is so much passion and skill. 5 stars deserved.

Lovely place, excellent food and service too. The managers are very friendly and welcoming. The wine list is excellent. I have to say that for now it is the best restaurant I have tried in the area.

We found this place a bit by chance... after a long walk looking for a place to eat early (it was 7pm) I accidentally spotted the entrance to this magical place... Attentive, nice service, as if we had been welcomed by an aunt or a family member, we ate a first course each because we didn't have time to linger any longer, everything excellent and delicious, fair prices, charming and warm location, if we return to Saint Vincent it will definitely be a safe stop. Thank you!!

Locale suggestivo, caratteristico, gestito con sagacia, vale senz’altro la pena andarci. Cucina tipica valdostana cercando di essere il più possibile aderenti alla tradizione. Non per claustrofobici

Cantina rustica e particolare, nel pieno centro di Saint Vincent, ultima tappa culinaria nel mio rapido giro dei più nomati ristoranti della “Riviera delle Alpi”. Decisamente l’esperienza migliore sotto ogni profilo, a partire dal locale underground stesso, caldo e accogliente tutta pietra e legno, arredata con gusto equilibrato. Ai gestori, accoglienti disponibili ed efficaci senza la prosopopea affettata di altri locali della stessa via. Personale di sala attento, veloce ed educato. Ottima la qualità dei vini, dei prodotti tipici offerti e delle materie prime, preparate con raffinata semplicità, tipica della variegata cucina italiana di una volta, senza quei fronzoli d’importazione che hanno trasformato l’idea di cucina di classe in una sceneggiata da stellati per appagare il riempirsi la bocca degli arricchiti. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. 5 stelle (non quelle dei farlocchi Grllini Gretini) pienamente meritate secondo il mio gusto personale.
