One of my absolute favorite places! Superb quality at reasonable prices. We went two nights in a row to try different dishes, and between the raclette, local cured meats, lard with chestnuts, and pappardelle with game ragù, we were more than satisfied! The staff was also super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend it to everyone!

A truly charming place, created, I believe, from an old cellar: the exposed stone arches create a warm and intimate atmosphere, typical of true wine bars.
We went without a reservation, but the owners were very kind and managed to find us a seat anyway. A welcome like that always makes a difference.
The dishes? Each one better than the last. Refined flavors, well-researched and perfectly balanced, with pairings that are never banal but always harmonious. The wine selection is also excellent, as you'd expect from a true vinosteria.
It's the ideal place for a romantic dinner with your significant other. We'll definitely be back!

This place deserves its six-star rating; there's not a single negative thing. From the location, to the service, and last but not least, the food. Whenever I go to the Aosta Valley, even if my destination is different, I'll stop here just to eat there. Highly recommended.

Vinosteria Borracho is a relaxed atmosphere, with excellent service, as is the food. We ordered the wild boar pappardelle and gnocchi alla toma, both delicious.
To finish, a lemon pie and coffee panna cotta. The latter was a real discovery. The coffee is served directly from the moka pot and accompanied by sweet taralli. Details that make all the difference and demonstrate the restaurant's high level of service.
Oh yes, the wine. We ordered two glasses of local red (R.E.M.X), very good and balanced.
A place that surprised us. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed the steak with arugula and parmesan.
A nice place and one of the few that starts serving at 6 pm, which is a plus. Reservations are recommended.
