We had a quick aperitif because we didn't book but the place was really welcoming.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends, enjoying good food and warm hospitality. The appetizer was excellent, featuring typical local cheeses accompanied by carefully selected jams. The pappardelle were delicious, and the tagliata was truly exquisite, cooked to perfection. The whole experience was made even more enjoyable by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who were truly lovely and welcoming. An experience worth repeating, highly recommended!

We've dined at this restaurant several times. The atmosphere is elegant and refined. The food is made with excellent ingredients, cooked to perfection. The wild boar pappardelle and the hunter's appetizer (excellent pâté and brioche bread) are highly recommended. Fast and friendly service. Recommended.

I dined at Borracho a few nights ago and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. The entire staff—waiters, chefs, and the owners—was simply fabulous: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of passion. They enthusiastically explained the origins of the products used in their dishes, from the source of the ingredients to the cooking method chosen for the first and second courses. You could see the attention to every detail, and the result on the plate was exceptional. The place is a gem: warm, welcoming, tastefully decorated, and with that family atmosphere that makes you feel truly at home... or rather, at your favorite grandmother's house, the one who pampers you with the most delicious dishes! Reading some of the negative reviews made me sincerely sad, because this place truly doesn't deserve them. Perhaps someone had a bad night or had different expectations, but my experience (and that of the entire table) was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend Borracho to anyone who wants to eat well in a warm, authentic environment. I'll be back soon, thank you so much to the whole team! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Update 2025. I went back and had the bourguignonne. Always top notch. I went for the second time at the end of November 2024 and had the raclette (fixed price €30 per person). I can't comment on the rest of the menu, but the raclette is truly worth it: it's distinctive and delicious. Service was quick despite the place being very busy, and the wine list is also well-stocked. I asked for a local white that paired well with the cheese. Recommended, the only downside is perhaps that the tables are a bit close together; if you order the raclette, you'll need a small extension to support the machine, which further reduces the space available. The owner and wait staff are very friendly.

A welcoming place full of delicious treats, everything delicious—you can't help but order an appetizer, a first course, and a second course! Unfortunately, there wasn't room for dessert this time, but we'll make up for it!

Locale caratteristico in centro paese. Personale gentile e cibo molto curato, ho apprezzato gli gnocchi al formaggio e la panna cotta al pistacchio. Prezzi nella norma. Ci tornerei.
