Hands down the best place we dined in Aosta during our 10 day stay, and probably one of our top 10 in Italy, clocking at over 40 visits to this country this says something.
The pasta dishes are absolutely delicious, try the pappardelle with boar or the whole wheat penne with baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and almonds....exquisite.
The breaded T-Bone steak was probably one of most succulent pieces of meat I ever had, despite barely having any fat whatsoever, not to mention the tagliata.
Service is informal but excellent, and the wine list is substantial, with plenty of options to choose from.
All in all this was one of the most memorable places we dined at during our 10-day trip to Aosta Valley.

We stumbled upon it by chance while looking for a place for dinner... from the outside, it looked like an ordinary place, but once we went down the stairs and entered the cellar, it revealed itself to be a truly unique restaurant! We ate wonderfully without overindulging, with refined and truly unique dishes, including excellent offerings on traditional Aosta Valley cuisine and a truly unparalleled selection of wines.
The charming atmosphere and family management... a guarantee of exceptional kindness!
Highly recommended for a special occasion.

It started with a well chilled high-end Petite Arvine on a table in front of this wine-bar-restaurant and ended with an early dinner in their cellar a Saturday in mid August of 2025. A perfectly executed filet of beef was my choice. Service was excellent. Highly recommended!

It was absolutely fantastic!!
The managers and servers speak French. The setting was really nice. The ambiance was subdued in a renovated old cellar.
The service was very smooth. We didn't feel rushed, and the wait was perfectly reasonable.
The entire dinner was very good, with good recommendations (wine and food).
I highly recommend it.
We had lunch reservations for the evening.

A quaint place, good food, and attentive service. Prices are slightly above average. A glass of wine is served sparingly, and cocktails are served in baby balloons with plenty of ice, so if you want to drink, a bottle is a good idea, even though the cheapest ones start at €28.

We sat outside, and the tables, music, and decorations on the entrance wall created a lovely atmosphere. We had two very good craft beers recommended by the lady. We also had a platter of local cheeses and cured meats. Everything was delicious. A little pricey, with an aperitivo with beer and platter costing €31 for two (we paid half price the night before for the same thing), but I think the town in general is a bit touristy and therefore a bit pricey. I would definitely recommend it if you're in Saint-Vincent.

Voto 3/5 perché nonostante ci sia una bella location, un menu studiato bene ed ingredienti buoni i prezzi sono troppo alti, sopratutto rispetto alla quantità che viene servita.
