Small but very welcoming. A real gem. Delicious food to suit all palates and excellent drinks. Top staff. Impeccable and speedy service. Unique hospitality. A very lively and vibrant street, not far from the Vatican.

I really liked the food and the owner is very nice, the atmosphere is very chilled.

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant! A huge thank you to Andrea for his warm welcome and kindness. Despite the slight language barrier, he was extremely attentive, considerate, and always smiling. You can feel his genuine desire to please and make the experience even more enjoyable. The food is delicious, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. We felt comfortable from beginning to end. Thank you again, Andrea, for your attentiveness and kindness. We will gladly return on our next visit to Rome!

we discovered 'Boris Cucina & Salotto' on our first night in rome and it was so good that we came back on our final night. the pasta dishes were lovely, the vibe of the restaurant is wonderful and the salted caramel cheesecake is amazing - you must try it! 10/10, i would recommend eating here

We drove past this restaurant in our taxi on our first day and pointed out how nice it looked. It turned out it wasn’t far from where we were staying so decided to give it a go after checking out their Instagram. The food is unbelievable and is a mixture of comfort and classic Italian. They’ve got everything from chicken strips to pasta. We didn’t book or call ahead but when we arrived we discovered there is a second room which they obviously hadn’t planned on opening but did for us anyway. Despite it being next door but one, the young girl with dark brown hair and young man with dark hair too, wearing a blue hoodie, were so attentive. We had a small room completely to ourselves and it was lovely. Unfortunately, when we came to pay the bill, they do not take tips on card and we didn’t have any cash on hand to tip which i felt awful about, so instead word of mouth is our gratuity. Overall, the food was amazing, we cannot fault the service or the staff, and the restaurant itself is very quaint and cozy but so lovely. Just make sure you have cash to tip the amazing staff! Thank you Boris Cucina & Salotto, we will definitely be back if we’re ever in Rome again <3
