Boris Salotto & Cucina In Roma

Very nice restaurant; we went here at the B&B owner's recommendation. The food was truly delicious and plentiful. The desserts were amazing, and the staff was very attentive and courteous. We'll be back. Excellent value for money.

I visited this restaurant and ordered pasta — I really liked how well it was prepared. The food was delicious and you can tell it was made with care. The portion was generous, the sauce rich, and the crispy bacon added a nice touch. By the way, I calculated the calories of this dish using the service mentioned in the photo attached to the review. It turned out to be super convenient and quick — everything was ready in just a few seconds! Now I recommend everyone to try using this calorie-counting service — it really makes it easy to keep track of your meals and understand what you eat.

On the first evening of our five-day trip to Rome, we stumbled upon Boris Cucina & Salotto quite by chance and were delighted by the ambiance, the service, and the delicious food. What impressed us even more, however, was the owner's hospitality and kindness. We were in the unfortunate position of having no accommodation in Rome, as our original booking had been canceled that same day by the apartment owner without any explanation. When Boris learned of our predicament, he spontaneously arranged private accommodation for the four of us for one night through a friend, so we didn't have to sleep on the street. Therefore, a big thank you again to Boris!

The staff is adorable, smiling, and attentive, even with the children ❤️ It feels like home, but with added Italian charm 🇮🇹✨

Excellent pasta dishes and very friendly service. A great little restaurant. We also particularly enjoyed the pistachio parfait, which is simply fantastic.

I had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant twice. The decor is beautiful and bohemian. The food was exquisite, the prices were quite affordable, and the portions were good. One of the things that caught my attention most was the service. On both occasions, we were served by a friendly young man who was always ready to recommend dishes and ingredients. He was very kind to my family and me, as it was our first time visiting Rome. If you're ever there, you must go to this restaurant and try the food, and the homemade bread was delicious!

Posto molto bello e delizioso, arredato con gusto. Personale altamente gentile, le ragazze sono tutte estremamente gentili e garbate. Cibo veramente buono, il bruschettone con lardo e miele molto gustoso e le polpette al sugo con il pecorino sono state strepitose. Forse il conto un po’ altino considerando che un semplice panino con hamburger di mia figlia mi pare sia costato 16€. Comunque esperienza molto positiva. Torneremo

Locale caratteristico nella zona della metro Cipro, vicino al Vaticano. Piatti della tradizione romana molto buoni con in prezzo nella media. Sconto the fork applicato regolarmente.
