I went there on a Sunday for lunch. The small location, but with great attention to detail (for example the chandeliers were all different with a pleasant effect), creates an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. The delicious dishes, with a choice of local and sustainable raw materials. Friendly and impeccable service, even in the times in which the dishes were served. Desserts are recommended. Excellent value for money. So highly recommended! Better to book.

A nice little restaurant in the middle of the countryside that I discovered on my motorbike two years ago. I had a very good meal there and kept raving about it to my wife. Now the time had finally come and we were there on a Friday lunchtime. There was very little going on and the terrace was guarded by a huge German Shepherd - so inside... Very friendly and nice service 👍 We shared the starter (tortellini a la Norma) (uno per due) and did NOT have to pay an extra fee (like in Velden) The noodles were very few (two pieces) but very good. For the main course, my wife had a tagliatta al manzo and I had the roast pigeon. The pigeon tasted warmed up and tagliatta was very very chewy. It's a shame we expected much more from this visit. Including a dessert and a coffee, I paid just under 100 euros Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, perfect music at the right volume. Excellent, non-trivial dishes, cooked with local and healthy products (read the notice on the door of the restaurant 😀) A more than excellent experience.

nous avons choisi ce restaurant car sur la route de notre retour de vacances. La maison n'est pas très repérable de la route et nous avons du revenir sur nos pas, car nous l'avions manqué. Le cadre est verdoyant, c'est calme et dans un très beau paysage. On peut déjeuner dehors sous une terrasse ombragée ou à l'intérieur. A l'intérieur la décoration est un rustique, très classique. La cuisine est de qualité et classique : daube de sanglier, pates maison. Nous avons une une entrée de carpaccio de poisson originale et rafraichissante. Bons vins pas cher. Un excellent choix pour finir nos vacances

Il posto lo avevo conosciuto qualche anno fa dopo una delle prime visite alla mostra di Illegio e così quest’anno abbiamo replicato (prenotando appositamente la mostra di Illegio al giovedì quando il locale è aperto). È stata una piacevole riconferma sia della qualità del cibo e dei vini sia della cortesia. Piatti molto ben presentati, gustosi ma assolutamente leggeri, segno di una freschezza e bontà delle materie prime che non necessitano di aggiunte. Complimenti, manterremo anche per i prossimi anni il binomio Illegio + Borgo Pescolle
