Borgo Parrini In Partinico

It seems to be immersed in a fairy tale

A beautiful, photogenic artists' village (two streets🥰) where you can visit all six locations for just €6. There's a lovely terrace on the central square; restaurants don't open until 7 p.m., so we'll have to come back another evening.

Beautiful renovated village, charming, we had dinner in a local pizzeria there, excellent.

Very special, it feels like being in Barcelona

A small, quiet village with this distinctive feature of its houses with murals. It's fine for an evening pizza with friends and a stroll, but you won't find a place to spend the evening or grab an after-dinner coffee.

The reconstruction of the village is very nice, but also very "fake"... and particularly "touristy" with bars, restaurants, and artisan workshops. In any case, it's a pleasant recreation of the activities carried out in the past with tools from the past. An open-air museum... for "American" tourists. The reproduction of 100 Italian bell towers could be original... but only as a tourist attraction.

Borgo Parrini is a little gem hidden just outside Partinico, a corner of Sicily that seems to have sprung from a fairytale—or rather, a postcard of Barcelona. Strolling through its colorful streets, with their vibrant majolica tiles, motivational quotes on the walls, and references to Gaudí's art, you'll experience a magical and evocative atmosphere.
