Small family-run trattoria on the main street of Serramonacesca, very nice and welcoming, excellent mixed starters, especially the pepper and cheese jam. Excellent quality/quantity/price ratio. Advised

In the heart of Serramonacesca we find this rustic, family-run restaurant with 2 rooms that offers typical Abruzzo cuisine. We tasted a rich appetizer of quality and hot cured meats and cheeses with fried pizza and exceptional pallotte, and then moved on to tasting 3 first courses (the farmer's fettuccine is amazing), a mixed roast, potatoes, kebabs and finally a coffee semifreddo . I recommend it, everything is delicious!

Posto accogliente e personale gentile. Cibo curato e di qualità. Buone opzioni vegetariane, oltre ad una buona selezione di carne. Abbiamo bevuto un Montepulciano sfuso molto buono. Ottimo tiramisù.

The impartiality in giving a rating is due to your involuntaryness in making comparisons with other restaurants. Well, you don't have to do that here. We need to break the mold and do justice to goodness. Here we love the simplicity of cooking as it was done in the family. The authenticity of the products used to prepare the dishes. The family atmosphere that you breathe as soon as you set foot in the restaurant. Side note... the "Pallotte cacio e ova" were the best I have ever eaten in my life. Thank you

Excellent restaurant with typical Abruzzo dishes. Quiet environment and friendly, professional staff. We had some starters and it was all delicious. Very recommended!

The Borgo Nuovo starter is very good indeed. Even meats and vegetables. We didn't get to try anything else, but we highly recommend it.
When I asked them to put a birthday candle on the chop, they immediately accepted and so my son who doesn't eat sweets was also celebrated :-D
