We were in those places of passage, the choice paid off. We ate well, the owner and chef were excellent, the staff were also excellent, the place was welcoming.

I do a specific review on gluten free pizza. Over 15 years of "experience" of gluten-free pizzas around Italy and this one is certainly on the podium both for the seasoning (but here it can be easy) but above all for the dough which is very similar to that of a traditional pizza.
