Entering "Borgo Molinetto" is like crossing a threshold into a territory where every detail is calculated with surgical precision. The atmosphere, refined and enveloping, welcomes you with the same calculated coldness that lies behind a well-designed scheme, but with a surprise: the authentic warmth of a sincere welcome. The service is quick, almost as if every movement had been planned in advance. Attentive waiters, watchful eyes that capture every need without having to call. An efficiency that leaves no room for error. The real star, however, is the roast wild boar. A dish that does not simply nourish, but tells a story. The meat, tender and juicy, melts in the mouth, every fiber imbued with expertly balanced aromas. Spices and herbs selected with surgical care, as if each ingredient had a precise role in the overall plan of flavor. The side dish, often underestimated elsewhere, here becomes an integral part of the experience. Crispy potatoes on the outside and soft on the inside, grilled vegetables that release authentic flavors. Each element is part of a larger design. I have been to this restaurant and I really enjoyed it. The quality of the food is excellent, each dish is well-prepared and tasty. The staff is kind, helpful and always attentive to the needs of the customers. A pleasant experience that I highly recommend!

Exceptional, I recommend without hesitation. And for the more courageous, try the giro primi or giro secondi. Thanks to the chef and the team.

I could only taste their cake, but I can guarantee that the environment, the service and the cake impressed us. Maybe the girls could smile a little more!

The environment is warm and welcoming. The room is not very large (I contacted 21 seats). The food is excellent, even if the portions are not very generous but, for some, this could be a positive note. The girls who run the room are competent, fast and also very nice. We took advantage of the menu dedicated to workers by paying €12 for a first course of a choice of 4, a second course of a choice of 3 and a side dish of a choice of 3. For dessert there was an Easter dove at €2 but we preferred to draw from the vast choice of the à la carte menu at a cost of €5. Highly recommended!

I am a loyal customer, I have been frequenting this restaurant for years, I have always been satisfied, the staff is very courteous and attentive, the owners always available and very kind......for Easter lunch I chose the vegetarian variant of the menu and it was all excellent....... the dessert was one of the best I have ever eaten...... Siamo stati a Borgo Molinetto per il mio compleanno, prenotato all'ultimo ci hanno fortunatamente trovato un tavolo! Dico fortunatamente perché è stata proprio una bellissima esperienza! Pur essendo della zona, non ci eravamo mai stati (mannaggia a noi!!). A primo impatto, quando abbiamo visto il menù, ci siamo guardati come dire "troppa roba da scegliere, chissà che cosa ci tocca mangiare "..(da esperienza, quando ci sono troppe portate nel menù, non è sinonimo di mangiare bene..) Beh, abbiamo mangiato davvero davvero davvero benissimo!!!! Personale gentile ed efficiente. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!! Io l'ho già consigliato a vari amici e parenti!

Ristorante da 10 premetto che vivo in Spagna sonó chef di cucina, abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante tramite un amica.Abbiamo ordinato Tagliatelle ,Ravioli al Brasato,polenta con Brasato di Fassona Tagliata rucola e grana ,tutto veramente ottimo...come pure i dolci.Da raccomandare
