If you go to Borgo Giarracca, wear a tie and jacket! 🧥😄 A rainy Saturday evening 🌧️ right in the center led us to this modern pizzeria with fluorescent lighting ✨. The place is very elegant 💫 and is tall—so if you have strollers, think about it... just kidding 😜 there are several rooms 🪑. The staff was very courteous and quick with service 🤗⚡. The menu features several classic pizzas with a few twists 🍕📜. The contemporary dough is very soft and fluffy, presumably with a long leavening 😍. They also offer specialty doughs (charcoal, grain, etc.) 🌾🖤. The ingredients are very fresh and well-distributed throughout the space 🥗👌. The airy dough is truly delightful 😋. A beautiful and welcoming place, meticulously crafted and with a truly pleasant atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the aroma of the oven and understand that pizza is a serious business here. Light dough, a crispy crust yet soft on the inside, and top-quality ingredients. I tried the charcoal pizza with pumpkin cream, sausage, and smoked provola: simply spectacular! A perfect blend of flavors, balanced and surprising. Attentive and friendly service, clearly showcasing the passion behind everything. Borgo Giarracca is a place you'll want to return to, each time with the certainty of eating a truly special pizza.

The place is cute and welcoming. Small rooms and/or spaces for tables of varying sizes: there were nine of us around a large, comfortable square table in a private room slightly larger than the table, just enough to allow for table service. The pizza, with its soft dough, was very good.

I chose it to celebrate my birthday and it was indeed an excellent choice! The staff is excellent, polite, smiling and properly trained! The pizzas are delicious with several options and the different doughs are unique! We had a great time and enjoyed it! Definitely worth a visit

If you're looking for good Neapolitan pizza in Comiso, Borgo Giarracca is the place to go. The dough is soft, light, and has a high, flaky crust. The quality of the ingredients is immediately apparent. The atmosphere is meticulously designed, welcoming, and perfect for an evening with your partner or friends. The service is excellent: the staff is friendly and fast. A must-try.

World-class pizza! Gourmet. Traditional pizza, therefore Neapolitan, because pizza originated in Naples even though we're in Comiso! High crust, oven temperature, dough with perfect half-life, balanced combination of ingredients (I tried a Vittoria pizza with sun-dried tomatoes for a total tomato bouquet!). Highly recommended and among the best pizzas. Chic location and fast, professional service.

Location e pizza stratosferici. La recensione potrebbe fermarsi qui, ma non sarebbe giusto. Siamo stati qui con degli amici. Pizze ottime, impasto fenomenale e condimento di ottima qualità. La location è veramente curata in ogni dettaglio e la pizza si sposa perfettamente. Un connubio perfetto. Come concludere? Nel modo più ovvio: se volete una pizza top, allora borgo giarracca è il vostro posto.
