We had the pleasure of dining at Borgo del Saraceno, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. This restaurant deserves all 5 stars, not only for the quality of the dishes but also for the customer service that exceeds all expectations. The cuisine is its true strength: the first and second courses are unforgettable. Every course we sampled was cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that highlight tradition. A true feast for the palate! But what really impressed us was the staff's superb availability. They are incredibly welcoming and willing to go out of their way to accommodate every request and adapt dishes. You feel pampered from the moment you walk in the door. Special praise goes to their gluten-free cuisine: excellent and complete. It's rare to find a restaurant that offers such a wide range of high-quality gluten-free options, allowing everyone to enjoy their specialties without compromise. This demonstrates great care and professionalism. Borgo del Saraceno is a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end dining experience combined with impeccable service. Highly recommended.

A place worth trying at least once. The owners are very kind and polite. The food is quite good. The old music in the background needs to be removed. Much better in the summer.

We were there two nights in a row and had a great time. The place is easily reached on foot in a few minutes from the Calatabiano market square.

The pizza and fish dishes were very good, and the staff were very kind and attentive to our requests. They even offered to take my grandmother back to town since she was having trouble walking. The access road was very narrow, but it was a lovely walk through the historic village to reach the restaurant. Highly recommended restaurant.

Questa sera abbiamo gustato un’ottima cena a base di pesce freschissimo, trattato e cucinato in modo magistrale. Il personale e i proprietari sono stati, come sempre, professionali, disponibili, cortesi e attenti a verificare che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento. La location è curata, con un bel panorama che abbraccia l’intero paese, dal Castello al mare, e che rende l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole. Un’esperienza, ancora una volta, davvero positiva! Per chi non l’ha mai provato: ve lo straconsigliamo!
