There were 43 of us for lunch. A wonderful experience. A charming place where you'll find a warm welcome and top-notch professionalism. The food is well-cooked and of high quality. Thanks to Mrs. Tiziana.

An exceptionally romantic and wonderful place. The breathtaking view uniquely complements the exquisite dishes served here. Every gourmet will find something to their liking here. We will definitely return whenever the opportunity arises.

We went for dinner seeing the good reviews, well, we ate yes but nothing more, not dishes that would amaze me, I didn't find quality and refinement. They make very homely cooking but for the prices it has I would have expected something better. In the end, 2 first courses, a second course, half a liter of wine and water 75 euros. I wouldn't go back.

We stumbled upon it by chance and returned the next evening. The location is beautiful with a panoramic view, the service is excellent, kind and precise, and above all, the fish is excellent, cooked with local ingredients. I recommend the seafood pasta, delicious, or the Sicilian-style swordfish, mouth-watering!

One of our best restaurant experiences in southern Italy so far. Il Borgo del Saraceno is a little off the beaten track and we were absolutely won over. It was a quiet, delicious evening with friends. The staff were extremely attentive and made sure we had a great evening and that we didn't lack for anything. This ranged from a dropped knife which was replaced without a question when the staff heard something fall from a distance, to the focaccia on the house to try, the answering of our questions about the food, the really delicious food (much of which I forgot to photograph) and the ambience of the castle which rises high above the town. You can park in the town centre and then be at the top of the castle in just a few minutes.

Fish dinner, everything excellent and well-cooked! I had the superb mixed antipasto, an excellent mixed fried fish, and a wonderful sea bream and shrimp dish. The chef came by several times to ask how things were going and to chat. They were also very kind in helping us get out of the historic center of Calatabiano, with our GPS system failing...thanks again!

Yesterday we had lunch in this restaurant, with a menu prepared especially for us, with house appetizers (everything fresh and of the highest quality) 2 first courses (lasagna is an extraordinary lemon and pomegranate risotto to say the least) and a roast with baked potatoes with mushrooms, all delicious, the restaurant has a breathtaking terrace to say the least, the staff is highly professional, the chef very attentive, I take this opportunity to thank Mrs. Tiziana for her welcome, thank you for everything and see you soon
