I returned after a long time for dinner, an intimate and beautiful place, while not all the dishes were to my liking, it's still a good place.

An elegant and discreet restaurant. Tables spaced just right to avoid interfering with neighbors. Spectacular dishes and a three-star wine list. I recommend the pumpkin risotto and slow-cooked bacon. It deserves three stars. Very fair prices.

A very nice place in the interior of Borgo Vercelli, they don't have a fixed price menu, only a la carte.

19/02/2026: 4 out of 4 main dishes were perfect.
09/02/2026: The room was cozy, clean, and very bright. The terrace was lovely with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. It's a shame about the breakfast... If you come down after 8:30, you'll practically find nothing left! I would recommend better management at the reception to avoid any unpleasant misunderstandings. The restaurant was good.

Ristorante Il Laghetto

28/03/2026: Il laghetto has made a great comeback thanks to the expert care of Lilly—kind and professional—and the entire staff. The restaurant is spacious and clean, with good spacing between tables. The menu offers an excellent mix of local and innovative. We sampled excellent local cheeses and tried various versions of trout, but a special mention goes to the venison fillet with polenta; a simply spectacular dish. For those who prefer a lighter meal, there's no shortage of salads; desserts are homemade. The lake can be reached by leaving Valsesia at Balmuccia. A 10-minute detour that's absolutely worth it. Excellent value. We'll be back often!
18/03/2026: Lunch during the week with a group. We were greeted with a smile, the food was excellent, and the price was fair. I'll gladly return.
