Un giovedì banale, grigio, piovoso. Ma reso gioioso, interessante, piacevole, grazie allo chef e ai suoi piatti. Sempre più buoni e intriganti: Un crudite’ di pesce superlativo, crema di patate con polpo squisito, frittura di calamari buonissimi, linguine carbomare con guanciale e pecorino da leccarsi i baffi. Devo aggiungere anche di aver apprezzato la crescita professionale del giovane chef molto motivato. Un ringraziamento speciale al sommelier sempre impeccabile e disponibile. Grazie a tutti per la vostra gentilezza e soprattutto per la qualità dei prodotti.

Ottimo ristorante di pesce nel centro di Candia. Abbiamo scelto la formula con 5 antipasti ed il secondo. Tutte le portate sono state appaganti e abbondanti. Alla fine abbiamo assaggiato un gelato artigianale al passito. Buona la scelta di vini locali, sia bollicine che fermi. Ottimo il rapposrto qualità prezzo. Il persoanle molto professionale e gentile.

No doubts or hesitations: go there and you won't regret it

Everything is excellent, you can feel the quality of the ingredients and the fish is cooked to perfection, the staff is also friendly and very knowledgeable. The only flaw was too much sauce on the tuna and the passito panna cotta was very light, I recommend adding a reduction of passito. The place is clean, elegant and very beautiful, especially the photos. For me it is a really excellent restaurant, I recommend the prawn and amberjack steak.

Dinner for my father's birthday. The place looks really well looked after and refined. Exquisite food: we took a menu consisting of four starters and a second course, which was nothing short of fantastic in terms of portions, quality of food and service from the waiter. Intimate environment as there are few tables so this allows for tranquility and little noise from other tables. To make sure we don't miss anything, the prices are really excellent and to conclude they offer myrtle and fresh limoncello.

What can I say today I was there for Christmas lunch.... Frank and his team are incomparable. The best without ifs or buts.
