Discovered by chance on a Sunday evening in July alone, an excellent little seafood restaurant with wines from excellent local cellars, very delicate seafood salad, exquisite CarboMare linguine and excellent service thanks to the competent young man in the dining room with a passion for his work in his heart 💓

I was eating there with friends and I found myself very well! I tried the tasting menu: five appetizers or the first or second. I chose the frying of fish, it was really excellent. The open kitchen is a real gem and the service truly impeccable!

The sea in Piedmont I was there on 2/6/2025 returning from a holiday in Valle d'Aosta. Our friends from Canavese suggested this seafood restaurant in Candia C. Se. (Important because they accept animals). The choice was on the Sailor's menu of 6 courses including 5 appetizers and a choice between a first and a second course. €29 excluding drinks. All the courses on the menu were well presented with generous portions of excellent quality fish. (,Open kitchen). Excellent gourmet touch of the young chef with particular attention to tastes with that pinch of modernity to traditional dishes but always respecting the raw material. Compliments to all the staff for the advice on lunch. Must try.

Borgo Antico is a guarantee for us, we go there every time we want quality fish dishes. We took the tasting menu of the Marinaio with 5 appetizers and a first or second course for only 29 euros. Excellent local wines. We were on the splendid terrace where the breeze of the fan, installed this year, made us forget the sultry heat of these days; we never wanted to leave ;-)

Un giovedì banale, grigio, piovoso. Ma reso gioioso, interessante, piacevole, grazie allo chef e ai suoi piatti. Sempre più buoni e intriganti: Un crudite’ di pesce superlativo, crema di patate con polpo squisito, frittura di calamari buonissimi, linguine carbomare con guanciale e pecorino da leccarsi i baffi. Devo aggiungere anche di aver apprezzato la crescita professionale del giovane chef molto motivato. Un ringraziamento speciale al sommelier sempre impeccabile e disponibile. Grazie a tutti per la vostra gentilezza e soprattutto per la qualità dei prodotti.

Ottimo ristorante di pesce nel centro di Candia. Abbiamo scelto la formula con 5 antipasti ed il secondo. Tutte le portate sono state appaganti e abbondanti. Alla fine abbiamo assaggiato un gelato artigianale al passito. Buona la scelta di vini locali, sia bollicine che fermi. Ottimo il rapposrto qualità prezzo. Il persoanle molto professionale e gentile.
