02/06/2025: Lunch with a fixed menu, which includes an appetizer consisting of raw ham, mozzarella knots, a vegetable tartar, a piece of local cheese, a first course placed in the center of the table, consisting of a plate of orecchiette with sauce and another of cavatelli with aubergine sauce, the second course a type of roll filled with local cheese and onion sauce, tender but heavy and difficult to digest for me. Dessert, panna cotta mousse covered with melted chocolate, with a taste of local cherries.
