In the heart of Parma's historic center, just steps from the Duomo, this tiny bistro has carved out a space in an almost hidden alley.
A modern and minimalist location with a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
It loses a little privacy due to the closeness of the tables, but it doesn't clash with the concept and the setting.
First-rate cleanliness.
Appropriate table setting.
A typical bistro menu, with limited but well-conceived choices: eclectic, innovative, and unique yet harmonious and balanced cuisine that never loses its roots in Emilian tradition.
The roast duck breast beef is exquisite, accompanied by crispy brioche cubes with figs and well-balanced by a rice vinegar marinade.
The Pan 20 focaccia is superb, a blend of crunchiness, fragrance, and flavor.
Highly digestible.
The sbrisolona with zabaglione cream is sublime.
Excellent selection of flours and dough preparation.
Attentive and courteous service, never intrusive.
The portion sizes are adequate and average.
Carefully and tastefully presented.
No flaws in any single course.
Bill: reasonable.
This site isn't for everyone's budget, but the quality of the ingredients, the courses, and the pairings raise the bar and fully justify the reasonable Q/P.
Overall, the cuisine is the jewel in the crown: rooted in local tradition, yet innovative and varied.
Dishes are crafted with taste, passion, and skill.
I like the restaurant's philosophy, and the level of service is excellent, worthy of a five-star rating.

Come here to enjoy. It's a gourmet osteria where eating is a culture and preparing a meal is an art. You can have a very good lunch here, even if it takes an hour and a half.
The best risotto I've ever eaten, to die for!!!
The semi-cooked swordfish is superbly cooked and also recommended.
The wines by the glass are very well selected.

Just a stones throw from Parma Cathedral we found this delightful ristorante that focuses on organic DOP and DOC products. We started with an off-menu appetizer of porcini mushrooms (in season right now) on their signature focaccia style bread. Next we had the duck breast, « like » margarita pizza, and shrimp linguine. For desert, we shared the « Fichissimo » and lemon pie. The tastes played amazingly well together. Our waiter was extremely professional and attentive. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Be sure to make reservations!

Lovely welcoming staff, great plate of prosciutto but food that needed cooking overly ‘played with’ - vividly green cannelloni that Mr Kipling would be proud of :)

Exquisite and delicious! Nothing boring on the menu - variety of interesting interpretations of pasta and desserts. Amazing place! Highly recommended and “chapeau!” to the chef.
