The service is attentive from start to finish. The girls are present without ever being intrusive. The food is really good quality. The pizzas are highly recommended. I applaud you for your attention to even the most dissatisfied customers! Well done!

Very good risotto and fantastic pan di 20 with prosciutto! The pan di 20 is a bit expensive and the place is a bit small and often crowded.

An excellent restaurant, definitely worth trying. My family and I left feeling full and satisfied. The food was all delicious; everyone tried it, no matter how tempting the dishes were. The service was impeccable. We were served all evening by a young woman (it's a shame I didn't ask her name). She was very courteous, attentive, smiling, knowledgeable, and patient, even with a family of seven (us), who were particularly hesitant and chaotic. We reserved a table a few weeks in advance; I recommend doing so. We had a table on the lower ground floor. Our cell phone didn't have signal, but they immediately offered Wi-Fi with the password ready to scan the menu (they'll also provide a paper copy). One note: I would work on the acoustics; there were three of us, and it was very chaotic.

Halfway between a hipster bistro and a typical Parmesan restaurant. The food was good, especially the prosciutto, the 24-month-aged Parmesan, and the veal. They're also truly masters at desserts.

The restaurant is located in Parma's historic center. I ate and drank really well: the quality/price ratio was more than satisfactory. The only downside is the interior space: the tables are very small and too close together, making intimate conversation difficult. Furthermore, being right in the center, it's difficult to find parking nearby. I recommend parking in the underground parking lots of the Barilla Center, Toschi, or Goito. Reservations are highly recommended.

In the heart of Parma's historic center, just steps from the Duomo, this tiny bistro has carved out a space in an almost hidden alley. A modern and minimalist location with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. It loses a little privacy due to the close proximity of the tables, but it doesn't clash with the concept and the setting. First-rate cleanliness. Appropriate table setting. A typical bistro menu, with limited but well-conceived choices: eclectic, innovative, and unique yet harmonious and balanced cuisine. The roast beef duck breast is exquisitely delicate, accompanied by crispy brioche cubes with figs and well-balanced by a rice vinegar marinade. The Pan 20 focaccia is superb, a blend of crunchiness, fragrance, and flavor. Highly digestible. The sbrisolona with zabaglione cream is sublime. The selection of flours and the dough preparation are excellent. Attentive and courteous service, never intrusive. The portion sizes are adequate and average. The plating is thoughtful and flavorful. No flaws in any single course. Bill: reasonable. The site isn't for everyone's budget, but the quality of the ingredients, the dishes, and the pairings raise the bar and fully justify the reasonable Q/P. Overall, the cuisine is the jewel in the crown: innovative and varied. Dishes crafted with taste, passion, and skill. I like the restaurant's philosophy, and the level of service was excellent, worthy of the five stars. An uncommon experience. Recommended site.

Always a pleasure to return. The products and culinary experience are of the highest quality and level, and the combination of flavors is fantastic in every dish. The Pan di 20 is incredibly good, soft, and delicious. Even the bread is a cut above many places in Parma, and the first courses are exceptional. The way they treat the ingredients is a testament to their love for what they do. The service is just as good as the kitchen. The waitresses are always smiling, elegant, and infinitely kind, and their composure gives you a constant sense of tranquility and relaxation. They're excellent. One of my favorite places in Parma, I hope to return more often!

The menu is seasonal, refined, and offers truly interesting options, both visually and palatably. 🍕 A memorable appetizer: we started with their iconic Pan20 pumpkin and salami—soft, crispy, and delicious. Each slice is a small square, decorated with crunchy pumpkin chips and an instantly captivating sweet-savory base. 🦌 Venison tartare with figs, mushrooms, and a bright green heart of chlorophyll: elegant, balanced, and original. A dish that combines bold, seasonal flavors with a fine-dining presentation. 🍆 The caponata? Unexpectedly light and fragrant, with perfectly cooked vegetables and a touch of pesto that makes it even more intense. An excellent side dish or vegetarian main course. 🍫 Finally, a chocolate dessert with a liquid Baylis center, cocoa crumble, and hazelnut cream: a rich and rounded dessert that perfectly rounds out the meal. 💸 The bill? Around €60 per person with a €25 bottle of wine: absolutely in line with the quality and care evident in every dish. 📸 Every course deserves to be photographed—and eaten immediately after!
