Our stay was truly outstanding, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left: our hostess gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to our tables. After explaining the menu, we set off. We both chose the Identità and were delighted. Each course was incredibly delicious, with one explosion of flavor following the next. The recommended wine also paired perfectly with the meal. At the end, the chef came to our table and spoke with us briefly. As I said, a fantastic evening all around!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of trying the Psyche Tasting Menu at Borgia Restaurant, and I must say it was a unique experience. Each dish was a sensory journey, a perfect balance of traditional flavors and culinary innovation. The presentation of the dishes was meticulously crafted, almost like a work of art that told a story before even being tasted. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the chef's attention and passion were evident in every bite. Special praise goes to the staff, who, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and helpful, were able to guide us with warmth and lightness throughout the gastronomic journey. Their friendliness made the atmosphere even more pleasant and welcoming.

Extremely nice crew, but it didn’t save the experience. The food was served with very nice design, the intention was truly there but the food was a bit tasteless and was op light on sophisticated taste. We ordered the lamb and the fish, the zucchini and the gnocchi (the gnocchi was not bad and had sophisticated taste but, like the rest of the dishes, was lacking some sauce to balance it) If the goal is to eat hyper lean in a nice setting - this is your place.

Went at the invitation of dear friends. It's already the second time I've been back. Definitely a quiet place where you can sip a drink and talk about work and other very interesting cultural topics.

Elegant and modern place with well-spaced tables. Excellent cuisine. Tasting menu with remarkable identity. Particular and interesting wine pairing. Impeccable service. Very good and very nice young sommelier. I recommend.

Very satisfied with the evening both for the food and the service. The menu is not extensive but offers slightly revisited dishes of the Milanese tradition. They have an average cost of 22-25€ and the portions are normal. The waiter who served us was always ready to pour us wine and satisfy our requests. The mise en place is essential but with attention to detail. The atmosphere is therefore refined.

In addition to the super customized menu, the food's flavors continued to change in your mouth for a long time. A really great compliment for the friendly staff! Had a super fun evening with my girlfriend!

I took the psyche menu, a menu that the chef creates based on your personal tastes. The dishes were phenomenal, the selection and pairing of wines excellent! Special note for their honey bread with homemade butter, crazy! The staff is very attentive and welcoming, but also easy-going, you can easily laugh and joke with them, which makes the experience much more human. The design of the restaurant is also very beautiful. Super recommended!
