A wonderful surprise. Delicate, beautifully cooked and presented food. Excellent service. Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive staff. Worth it. The wine list is excellent. A tasting menu is available for a more extensive experience.

My partner and I dined here for our anniversary. We opted for the vegetarian tasting menu. The dishes were meticulously crafted, and the wine pairings were perfectly matched! Every course exceeded our expectations, and the wait staff was excellent in guiding us through the experience.

Our stay was truly outstanding, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left: our hostess gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to our tables. After explaining the menu, we set off. We both chose the Identità and were delighted. Each course was incredibly delicious, with one explosion of flavor following the next. The recommended wine also paired perfectly with the meal. At the end, the chef came to our table and spoke with us briefly. As I said, a fantastic evening all around!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of trying the Psyche Tasting Menu at Borgia Restaurant, and I must say it was a unique experience. Each dish was a sensory journey, a perfect balance of traditional flavors and culinary innovation. The presentation of the dishes was meticulously crafted, almost like a work of art that told a story before even being tasted. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the chef's attention and passion were evident in every bite. Special praise goes to the staff, who, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and helpful, were able to guide us with warmth and lightness throughout the gastronomic journey. Their friendliness made the atmosphere even more pleasant and welcoming.

Extremely nice crew, but it didn’t save the experience. The food was served with very nice design, the intention was truly there but the food was a bit tasteless and was op light on sophisticated taste. We ordered the lamb and the fish, the zucchini and the gnocchi (the gnocchi was not bad and had sophisticated taste but, like the rest of the dishes, was lacking some sauce to balance it) If the goal is to eat hyper lean in a nice setting - this is your place.

Went at the invitation of dear friends. It's already the second time I've been back. Definitely a quiet place where you can sip a drink and talk about work and other very interesting cultural topics.
