Borghi d'Otranto In Otranto

If you are in Otranto, you MUST visit this place. We have been many times, and it’s a great spot to sit out in the old town, with good beer and wine, watching the world go by. The owner and his son are so welcoming, and really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They have welcomed our dog Bob, and always bring him water, and a friendly pat! We have eaten here (annd certainly will do again!). The food was the best we’ve had in Italy so far. We are here until the end of May, and look forward to bringing our visiting friends to this lovely friendly place.

We come from Bologna for a short holiday in Otranto. Pleasant and welcoming place. In particular, congratulations to Rocco, who is very nice and cute. Impeccable👍👍

Restaurant with typical Italian cuisine in Otranto. Very good price quality and the treatment was very correct (they spoke to us in Spanish and played music we knew). We ate a variety of typical food with which we were able to taste many of the typical products! We loved it!

We stopped for a quick aperitif and instead they delighted us with a Genoese esplanade with stracciatella from Putignano and Capocollo from Martina Franca. Caring and attentive service.... Smiles and cheerfulness accompanied us throughout the aperitif. Highly recommended place!!!

Excellent place in Otranto to stop for a beer. The service was very good and the waiter who served us spoke Spanish.

I wouldn't have ended up here if I hadn't arrived late in this city, which meant that most of the good restaurants (according to reports) were closed, so we opted to improvise. This is how we stumbled across this bar. I should point out that it's not a restaurant, but rather a pub, therefore I'm pleased with the cuisine I had there. The meal is straightforward, easy, and, for the most part, quick to prepare. The staff was polite, conversational, and helpful; they forgot a few items we ordered, but after we reminded them, we received the remainder without issue. So the pub is worth promoting, and if you're in the neighbourhood, it's worth a visit.
