Beautiful place. The rooms are nice and a good size, and there's parking on site. Excellent service, very friendly staff. I ate very well.

A quiet and very scenic place. An ancient winery, a grove where weddings can be celebrated, and a beautiful pool. In short, a perfect location.

I stayed at this property with my children. The hamlet is surrounded by greenery and has a well-equipped swimming pool, although I didn't see a lifeguard. The place is large and well-maintained, but the staff, while friendly and helpful, seemed inexperienced. I expected a breakfast with traditional products, easily found on site, but while there was a good selection, the quality was poor.

But Martina truly won our hearts ❤️. She helped us make our dream come true, down to the smallest details, offering us advice! The wedding day was unforgettable, from the civil ceremony in the olive grove to the dinner in the woods. The food was excellent, with meticulous attention to detail to create something unforgettable. The guests were incredibly happy, especially with the helpful staff and the top-notch rooms! I visited Borgata Baldazza for a reception. The venue was beautiful, with attention to detail and a wonderful location on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. The catering was exceptional.

Fantastic location: location, lush greenery, and, more generally, the very beautiful property. It's a shame about some details that would make it truly unique, such as the cleanliness of the rooms (broken mosquito nets full of cobwebs, roof beams always covered in cobwebs). Part of the day is spent without the reception (the owner can be reached by phone). The cuisine is a mixture of light and shade, some dishes are well-prepared, others less so (see sandwiches/toasts). In conclusion, I recommend trying this truly beautiful property. I hope the criticisms raised aren't misunderstood, but rather accepted as a starting point for further improving the property and thus satisfying a clientele with very high expectations!

We chose Borgata Baldazza for our wedding reception and had a wonderful time. The space, decor, food, and service were excellent—impeccable, in fact. We received compliments and compliments from our guests, which filled us with joy and satisfaction. In short, they were a tangible example of passion and dedication, but above all, love for what they do. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, relaxing atmosphere in nature

Hello A few days ago, I went in person to Borgata Baldazza for a reservation and to see the place up close... honestly I was very fascinated by the place so enchanting and wonderful!!... but above all by the kindness of Martina who with great professionalism and courtesy welcomed me with so much sympathy and elegance!! And even if unfortunately there were no more places available, I left happily content with the joy that soon I will return to this place kissed by fairy tales, knowing that I will meet such respectful and deserving People!!
