Very beautiful place, surrounded by greenery with a view of the Peloritani Mountains. Excellent service, friendly staff. Good food.

We chose Borgata Baldazza for our wedding reception and had a wonderful time. The space, decor, food, and service were excellent—impeccable, in fact. We received compliments and compliments from our guests, which filled us with joy and satisfaction. In short, they were a tangible example of passion and dedication, but above all, love for what they do. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, relaxing atmosphere in nature

Hello A few days ago, I went in person to Borgata Baldazza for a reservation and to see the place up close... honestly I was very fascinated by the place so enchanting and wonderful!!... but above all by the kindness of Martina who with great professionalism and courtesy welcomed me with so much sympathy and elegance!! And even if unfortunately there were no more places available, I left happily content with the joy that soon I will return to this place kissed by fairy tales, knowing that I will meet such respectful and deserving People!! I returned after two years to celebrate at Borgata Baldazza, after my son's baptism, last Sunday I celebrated my fortieth birthday. I have known the lady since she started the business, about twenty years ago and she never disappoints. I chose this place without looking elsewhere, I was sure of the excellent result. The compliments that my guests gave me were countless and I in turn give them to the entire organizational machine that is behind the preparation of an event. Specifically, I decided to celebrate my birthday with an aperitif lunch, since I wanted something lively, different from the usual, the lady immediately understood my request by proposing a sort of picnic under the olive trees. A perfect idea: lots of space, lots of joy, good music and lots of good food. Not to mention the very cute and well-kept arrangements, very kind and attentive staff. Everything was perfect! I thank you again for your availability and professionalism. See you next time.

Siamo venuti da Roma per trascorrere la giornata di Pasqua e ci siamo trovati molto bene......la struttura è immersa nel verde con un bel giardino,una piscina,un bosco ed una chiesetta molto graziosa.Sicuramente il luogo si presta per eventi di varia natura vista la bella location.Abbiamo pranzato nella sala con camino mentre l 'altra sala ha una bella veranda sul giardino.Ci sono varie camere che ovviamente non abbiamo visitato.Il menù è stato molto buono....forse l'aperitivo andava anticipato un pochino...per il resto ci sono piaciuti sia gli antipasti ,i primi ed i secondi.Bella l 'alternanza tra fuori e dentro per antipasti e desserts....Sicuramente da provare anche il pernotto....consigliato anche per la possibilità di andare a vedere la maestosa Etna
