Borgata Baldazza In Linguaglossa

I returned after two years to celebrate at Borgata Baldazza, after my son's baptism, last Sunday I celebrated my fortieth birthday. I have known the lady since she started the business, about twenty years ago and she never disappoints. I chose this place without looking elsewhere, I was sure of the excellent result. The compliments that my guests gave me were countless and I in turn give them to the entire organizational machine that is behind the preparation of an event. Specifically, I decided to celebrate my birthday with an aperitif lunch, since I wanted something lively, different from the usual, the lady immediately understood my request by proposing a sort of picnic under the olive trees. A perfect idea: lots of space, lots of joy, good music and lots of good food. Not to mention the very cute and well-kept arrangements, very kind and attentive staff. Everything was perfect! I thank you again for your availability and professionalism. See you next time.

Siamo venuti da Roma per trascorrere la giornata di Pasqua e ci siamo trovati molto bene......la struttura è immersa nel verde con un bel giardino,una piscina,un bosco ed una chiesetta molto graziosa.Sicuramente il luogo si presta per eventi di varia natura vista la bella location.Abbiamo pranzato nella sala con camino mentre l 'altra sala ha una bella veranda sul giardino.Ci sono varie camere che ovviamente non abbiamo visitato.Il menù è stato molto buono....forse l'aperitivo andava anticipato un pochino...per il resto ci sono piaciuti sia gli antipasti ,i primi ed i secondi.Bella l 'alternanza tra fuori e dentro per antipasti e desserts....Sicuramente da provare anche il pernotto....consigliato anche per la possibilità di andare a vedere la maestosa Etna

We celebrated our wedding here in December. From the first visit we understood that it would be the right structure for our day: welcoming and surrounded by vegetation. Our expectations were fully met, the civil ceremony carried out in the palmento was intimate and magical, Valeria and Martina were able to satisfy our requests and always accommodate us, advising us in the best possible way. Even on the wedding day they were present without never be intrusive. They organized the internal spaces perfectly, collaborating with the professionals we had hired. All the details have been thought out down to the smallest detail, nothing has been left to chance. The quality of the food was very high: it is not easy to find this attention in the choice of raw materials! The best thing was receiving compliments from all the guests, enthusiastic about the location and the food. Thank you very much, you made our day memorable and you fully conveyed to us your love for your work.
