They do not offer tax free for less than 70 euros. It's a place where you can find what you want cheaply if you search for a long time. I also recommend you to go to the shopping mall across the street. There are cheaper but local brands, not global.

Outlet of the McArthurGlen chain with among the lowest prices (during sales periods) in Italy and it's not something so obvious. In my experience (I have visited them all and when I say all I mean ALL) the most convenient are Castelromano and Serravalle Scrivia.
