I've been here 20 times. I've been to Rome 8 times. I go there 3 times during one trip. It has fewer items than Milan Outlet, but the size is suitable for walking and the items are useful compared to Korea. Stone for men and beach wear for women?

I may have gone during a lean period, but I didn't see these big discounts. I'm not talking about luxury brands because I'm not interested and I haven't even looked at them, but rather brands a little closer to my budget (Vans, puma, Geox, Caleffi etc) where in the past (even recently) I've had some good deals in other outlets, but nothing here. The environment is very nice, the security staff is very kind and does their utmost to provide information on the quickest routes to reach the shop we are looking for. Bonus points for the WWF oasis next door, a really nice place to catch your breath after spending a few hours with thousands of other people.

08/04/2025: The place is familiar and certainly even nicer in summer with the outdoor space; the service was a little slow for a Sunday evening but overall not a bad experience. Maybe we will also try other dishes besides pizzas (good dough).
09/02/2025: Large and clean restaurant. Good supplì, average pizza, remarkable "il tegamino", excellent quality/price ratio, friendly staff

05/04/2025: A historic pearl of Rome on via di Capannelle. The so-called "location" is very beautiful, ample parking, well-kept gardens. The rooms are admirably set up and maintained by the truly kind, affable and capable staff. The cuisine is excellent, whether meat, including grilled, or fish, fresh and well cooked. For those looking for traditional dishes, here you will not be disappointed by "nouvelle cuisine" oddities. Prices slightly above average, well contrasted by the quality of the food and the portions that are not at all minimalist (let's say "gourmand"). Compliments.
04/04/2025: Very welcoming restaurant, good waiters at serving, I recommend going there, you pay for what you eat, good food, plenty of it on the plates, perhaps a little exaggerated, however, you leave more than satisfied
