Post-Mugello lunch with a view... of Fiorentina! 😋 After a morning of roaring engines and breathtaking curves, we treated ourselves to a tasty break at Bonaugo! Arriving at 2:30 PM (when in some places they look askance at you), they greeted us with a smile and so much kindness. From there on... it was all downhill. Actually, no, it was pure pleasure! We started with two first courses that smelled of the woods: 🍝 Tortelli Mugellani with porcini mushrooms and Tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and truffle Then came HER: 🥩 The Bistecca alla Fiorentina - cooked rare to perfection, with a crispy crust on the outside and a tender and juicy inside, accompanied by beans al fiasco and fried potatoes. All washed down with a fresh and light house sparkling white and a Rosso di Montalcino that held its own against the queen Fiorentina with style. A sweet finale with a truly well-made strudel, which makes for a satisfying end to your meal. A family atmosphere, fast and courteous service, authentic dishes, and a fair bill. Would I go back? Absolutely. Perhaps hungrier. Or with any excuse. A top recommendation. Mugello style.

Everything went smoothly. Value for money, friendly, and fast service. At lunch, the food isn't all made to order. There's some ready-made and reheated food, and some cooked to order. But to stay in the area and eat better, you have to spend double. It's not always affordable. And there's nothing to complain about when it comes to quality and friendliness. So when we're in the area, we always come here. 👍 The five stars are well deserved.

A very good experience at this traditional pizzeria. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The price was also a nice surprise (between €7 and €10 for a pizza). I highly recommend this place!

Very tasty business lunches with a wide variety of choices. There are off-menu options every day. The quality is average. The first course portions are generous, the second course a little less so, but for €15 including water and a side dish, it's fair enough.

A simple, no-frills trattoria with plenty of substance. We had lunch on the outdoor terrace, unfortunately disturbed by three wasps that gave us no respite. It's a shame, because the rest of the experience was truly enjoyable. Homemade cooking, authentic flavors, and well-executed dishes. The coccole with prosciutto and burrata are delicious, as is the polenta with porcini mushrooms, crispy and flavorful. The tagliata with porcini mushrooms and the grilled steak were tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection. The scamorza with speck was also excellent, stringy and well-balanced. The homemade desserts are worthy of applause: both the tiramisu and the zuppa inglese are delicious and authentic. Fair prices, friendly service. Truly excellent—we'll gladly return.
