What can I say except that everything was damn perfect. A classy yet friendly welcome, a delicious pizza that was quickly digested, and, luckily for us, a lovely tour of the restaurant with an explanation of the various collectibles inside. A pizzeria inside an old monastery, with an entrance that already lets you understand the particularity of the place... the latter, in addition to being very particular and full of nice and unexpected details, is managed by fantastic staff. They are all super welcoming, kind and professional... after reading the menu I left carte blanche on the choice of pizza and beer, and I can guarantee you that they hit the mark with both, Imma the girl who served us provided us with an excellent solution to taste two different pizzas made with different doughs (a bomb of flavor, both delicious) The pizza chefs are very good, and I liked the menu and the combinations they created for the pizzas, bringing back their Sicilian traditions on various doughs with different types of flour, highly recommended...
