A friend recommended this place, and I recommend it too.
Cake and fried polenta, cold cuts, and a first course... too bad there wasn't more.

The dinner was decent, even though the culatello was incredibly salty. We spent a fortune on a full appetizer, a first course, a dessert, water, and a bottle of wine for €15.
Total €88. We definitely won't be returning.

Highly recommended restaurant: yesterday at Bollicine & Torta Fritta we had a wonderful lunch, pampered from start to finish.
The atmosphere was meticulously designed, the service was kind and attentive, and the timing between courses was perfect.
The "Giovanna" cured meat was the real star of the lunch: fragrant, delicate, yet flavorful, served on a platter complemented by a light, non-greasy torta fritta that made you want more.
All the products we tasted conveyed the idea of a meticulous selection of quality ingredients, from the charcuterie basket to the cheeses to the desserts, concluding the meal with the feeling of having enjoyed a truly special break.
Dishes crafted with attention to both presentation and flavor, the portions are just right, and the prices are fair for the quality offered make Bollicine & Torta Fritta the perfect place for a relaxing lunch in the hills, a place to mark in your diary and a place you'll gladly return to.

When you feel so good, as we did, it's impossible not to recognize it!
Birthday lunch for 20 people with a menu agreed upon specifically via email: the food was truly excellent—torta fritta and cured meats alone would have been enough to convince us, but the first courses were superb, with an honorable mention for the tortelli rosa! The service was perfect, precise and attentive but not intrusive.
We'll be back again because the rest of the menu will be worth trying!

Just had a great evening at this lovely restaurant with beautiful views of the Castle at Vigoleno. Very good quality charcuterie with top class hams also, mixed cheeses, Torta Fritta, fried Polenta and sweet & sour homemade crispy vegetables. The homemade Pasta is of very good quality and light as a feather, The Fiorentina Steak is exceptional full of flavour, tender as butter and cooked to perfection, good choice of homemade sweets, I had the Pistachio semi freddo which was delicious, we washed it all down with a good bottle of Prosecco and Local fizzy Gutturnio, finished off the meal with oak aged grappa & coffee.
Service was excellent, efficient and very friendly.
If in the area can only highly recommend!

A truly beautiful venue with a magical location opposite Vigoleno Castle.
Menu featuring excellent products and exceptional wines.

Good restaurant, delicious gnocco fritto and ravioli; the bill is a bit high.
The appetizers alone are as filling as a full meal.
The only downside was finding out at checkout that the gorgonzola wasn't included in the cheese platter but was €7 extra (it wasn't communicated when ordering).

I went there last Tuesday for dinner with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. What can I say? Fantastic welcome from the staff, stunning accommodations with a view of Vigoleno Castle, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and not to mention the fabulous food. A final surprise for the occasion, everything was perfect.
