I returned to this place for the umpteenth time and I can only confirm positive things and in fact I must say that I noticed small improvements. The service is always unquestionably impeccable, quick and efficient. The food was good, of quality. I noticed an improvement on the pizzas: Careful in appearance and shape, soft and tasty, digestible, nice full but above all you can notice the freshness of the ingredients! Personally I ate a "norcina" and wanted an addition of cardoncelli mushrooms in addition to the basic fresh mushrooms already present. I was able to appreciate the scent and all the freshness of the mushrooms, enjoying them fully. Truly congratulations. You can see that all the staff care about details and are always trying to improve. The dishes offered at the center of the table are very appreciable (bruschetta, pancakes or various small sweets...). I would like to give my "only personal advice" and that is to try to enhance the basic ingredients more, i.e. tomato, mozzarella and oil. For example, try using San Marzano tomatoes or others with a more consistent flavour, a high quality mozzarella that tastes like milk even after cooking, and above all... I think the choice of the right type is a good card to play. ' oil! I've eaten pizzas around that weren't exactly the best but I can guarantee that an excellent oil largely recovers the negative gap, making it edible and enjoyable. If the pizza is already excellent in itself, the oil makes it excellent!! Look for an oil of the highest quality and abundant in use 😄 You work very well!
