Boccanegra In Firenze

The food is of remarkable quality, the cuisine is impeccable, as is the service, and what can I say about the atmosphere...it feels like being in a Tuscan farmhouse in the center of Florence! Wow.

I have eaten a lot of steaks and this was the best steak restaurant i ever had in my trip to italy, not just in firenze. The steak was absolutely amazing. Was cooked perfectly medium-rare and had a bit of smoky flavour which adds another level of flavour, as well as the crust. The steak was also very tinder and juicy. As for the pasta, i ordered a fresh truffle pasta and pesto pasta. Although the pasta wasn't al dente, the sauce enhanced the flavour of the pasta. The truffle of the pasta was also very rich and the sauce from the pesto pasta was also very creamy and flavourful. The service was spectacular. The workers had great smile on their faces and was really polite. The sommelier was very knowledgeable about wine and was highly competent. The seating and decoration were great. The tables gave me a comfortable dining experience and the atmophere was soothing. A great restaurant and definitly recomened.

Perfect evening. We had the bisteca. The meat was succulent and the attentive service was perfect and very professional.

The truffle fillet was simply incredible—perfectly cooked, tender, and flavored with just the right amount of truffle. A true culinary discovery, worthy of a fine restaurant. But what made the experience even better was Leticia's exceptional service: warm, attentive without ever being intrusive, and always with a smile. She provided excellent advice and made the meal even more enjoyable. The setting is elegant and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends or a romantic dinner. You can tell everything has been carefully prepared, from the food to the service. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back! 👌✨

Silvano is the best waiter in Florence

A friend and I went to Boccanegra, an excellent restaurant where I enjoyed an excellent Fiorentina steak with a delicious Chianti Riserva. A great restaurant with impeccable and friendly staff! I highly recommend it when visiting Florence!

If you want to taste a real Florentine steak, the only place is Boccanegra. Service and quality are top-notch.

This restaurant is very nice. It feels really intimate when you are eating inside. It’s not too crowded and very well decorated. Our server was Sylvano. Very nice. It shows that he loves his job. We had four cheese pizza along with some entrees and wine. We love that you could really taste the different cheeses. Each bite was a discovery.

We were delighted by the service and quality of food and wine we found here. It was most definitely an experience worth it's while. My sincere compliments to Christian, our waiter, that accommodated our every need and answered energy question. Highly recommend.
