Excellent dinner, professional service, unfortunately a smile and a chat were missing, a real shortcoming, the price was a little above average.

We've eaten at this restaurant several times and have always had a great experience. The quality of the service, the portions, and the prices are fair! I recommend it if you're in the area. The pizzas are excellent, as are the first and second courses.

The Blum Inn is top-notch. The hosts are incredibly kind, the rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, right in the center of Rovetta. A special mention goes to the restaurant; both the Italian cuisine and the pizzeria are excellent. I will definitely be back.

Very nice, well-kept, and clean restaurant. The waitress was friendly, professional, and kind, but the owner was a little less so. When we left, he didn't even come to say hello, neither he nor the waitresses, actually... I don't know... We've been there several times because I like the fact that they make slightly unusual dishes, like lemon rice with licorice or pumpkin meatballs, super crunchy and served with a delicious sauce, but also traditional dishes like pizzoccheri. The menu varies daily, and the price is more or less fixed. During the week, the price is around €15-20 per person depending on the number of dishes you choose (1-2-3 combinations as desired: appetizer + first course, appetizer + second course, first course + second course, or all three), including water and coffee. There's no house wine, but the wine by the glass is very good in my opinion, and there's a variety to suit all tastes, but it's not exactly cheap. The prices aren't adequate on weekends, when the same service and treatment averages €15-20 per person, but €25-30. The owner, on the other hand, is very friendly and welcoming. It depends on who you find. I recommend it in any case for the quiet location and the excellent food, and also for the fact that the price isn't a surprise but is clearly stated on the menu (having the price clearly stated isn't a given in the mountains).

Truly exceptional friendly restaurant, all the courses that were served to us were really excellent, both the first and second courses and including the desserts. We had an exquisite cacio e pepe rice and two dishes of beef stew with truly soft and delicious meat. Very kind and knowledgeable owner on different topics who is really pleasant to chat with. The waitress was also very kind and attentive. We will definitely be back!

In a strategic position, located among the narrow streets of the historic center, the structure is well-kept and welcoming, Mr. Dimitri welcomed us and checked us in, and in just a few minutes we could already enjoy the warmth and functionality of the modern room, beautiful large bathroom with shower and access to a small terrace surrounded by the roofs of the adjacent houses and equipped with garden furniture. The room is equipped with heating, quadruple glazing for good acoustic insulation, air conditioning and a small smart TV. Professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. Presence of amenities and a small minibar, discreetly built into the wardrobe. Possibility of lunch and dinner in the inn, in addition to breakfast included. Highly recommended

A pleasant surprise in Roberta. We had lunch at the Blum inn and were very satisfied, from the simple but refined menu (it goes beyond the usual casoncelli in the area, fortunately) we tried: ricotta and spinach meatballs on Jerusalem artichoke and onion cream, artichoke and pecorino risotto, black tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and an orange guinea fowl. Everything was excellent including the homemade desserts. We will definitely be back.
