Old-style trattoria in the Castelli Romani where you eat without too much etiquette in a calm manner, served quickly and well by young, smiling staff. The dishes: can vary daily, there is a limited choice of two or three alternatives. What arrives at the table is cooked well and is tasty, what you pay at the cash register will surprise you, perhaps you would spend more to make the same dishes at home. Not recommended for those looking for Nouvelle cuisine, not good but excellent for those who pay attention to the matter and want to consume tasty local dishes
